According to the document, Xiamen Airlines Headquarters Building is located on the southwest side of the intersection of Xianyue Road and Huandao Road in the financial center area of Huli District, Xiamen City, with a total land area of 21,943.45 square meters, a total construction area of 174,653.691 square meters, and a gross floor area of 120,000 square meters.

It was agreed that the building would pass the pre-evaluation of the prefabricated design phase.
(3) The assembly rate score of the office building of Xiamen Airlines Headquarters Building is greater than 60%, and it is agreed that the pre-evaluation of the project as a one-star prefabricated building at the design stage is agreed.
(4) It is recommended to further supplement the information and improve the assembly rate when identifying the next construction stage.
