After investigation, Chen Moumou was born in 1990, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for gang robbery, and was also administratively detained in 2016 for picking quarrels and provoking troubles. Before the crime, he was a taxi driver, not married, and he rented a house alone. Criminal suspect Chen Moumou confessed that he had been renting a house for a period of time under the three teams of the Western Vegetable Garden, and often went to a nearby tobacco and alcohol supermarket to buy things. However, in the process of buying things, he felt that the female shopkeeper always looked down on him, and twice because of the purchase of pig's trotters and the purchase of walnut milk. For this reason, Chen Moumou stopped going to the tobacco and alcohol supermarket for a period of time to buy things. But later, because the goods of other small supermarkets nearby were incomplete, Chen Moumou had to continue to patronize the tobacco and alcohol supermarket he had always visited before.
Talking about the murder on December 8, Chen Moumou confessed that a month ago, he had a puppy, because he never cooked at home, he could only feed the puppy ham sausages and biscuits and other foods. At about 9 o'clock on December 8, he went to the tobacco and liquor supermarket to buy ham sausages and biscuits for the puppy, paid the female owner 20 yuan at checkout, and then asked for the price of a towel. When the female shopkeeper said that the towel was 13 yuan, he felt that it was not worth the price, so he said a few words, and then quarreled with the female shopkeeper again. Angry, Chen Moumou walked out of the supermarket and took out a controlled knife (claiming to be left by the passenger on his car) from the taxi he was driving, and stabbed the victim in the back. Seeing that the other party fell to the ground, Chen Moumou took away the hard disk monitored by the supermarket and left the scene of the crime. Return to the rental house, hide the knife and shoes worn at the time, and burn the red stormtrooper jacket worn at the time of the crime. Then, run the taxi normally as usual. "Because I knew I would be arrested sooner or later, I didn't abscond." Chen Moumou said.
