Huawei said that the relevant rumors have seriously interfered with the work and life of Mr. Xu Zhijun, Huawei's rotating chairman. Huawei will take measures against rumor-mongers in accordance with the law. Previously, there were rumors that Xu Zhijun, Huawei's rotating chairman, would be transferred to Shanghai Microelectronics (SMEE) as chairman and general manager.

It is reported that Shanghai Microelectronics was established in 2002, is currently the leading enterprise of domestic lithography machine, mainly committed to large-scale industrial production of projection lithography machine research and development, production, sales and service, the company's products can be widely used in IC manufacturing and advanced packaging, MEMS, TSV/3D, TFT-OLED and other manufacturing fields.

According to public information, Xu Zhijun joined Huawei in 1993 and has been with Huawei for 28 years. Xu Zhijun has successively served as the president of the company's wireless product line, the president of strategy and marketing, the president of products and solutions, the director of the product investment review committee, the company's rotating CEO, the director of the strategy and development committee, etc., and is currently the vice chairman and rotating chairman of the company.
