If the evil spirit does not emanate, the wind and rain do not feat, and the white dew does not fall, then it will not be glorious. The harsh climate does not dissipate, the wind and rain are not the time, the rain and dew should fall but not fall, the grass and trees must not be moist, the vitality is depressed, and the lush seedlings will wither and become glorious.
When the thief's wind counts, the rainstorm counts, the heaven and the earth do not protect each other, and if they lose each other, they are not extinguished. Only the saints follow it, so that there is no harsh disease, all things are not lost, and the anger is inexhaustible. Only saints can adapt to natural changes and pay attention to the way of health, so there is no serious illness, because they do not deviate from the development law of all natural things, and their vitality will not be exhausted.
Reverse spring qi is less yang and does not give birth, and liver qi changes internally. If the qi of spring life is violated, Shaoyang will not grow, so that the liver qi will be depressed and lesions will occur.
Against the summer qi, the sun does not grow long, and the heart qi is inside. If the qi of summer is violated, the sun will not be able to grow, so that the heart will be weak.
The reverse autumn qi is too yin and the lungs are scorched. If the autumn harvest is violated, the yin cannot converge, so that the hot leaves of the lungs are scorched and full.
Anti-winter qi is less yin and not hiding, and kidney qi is alone. If the qi of winter storage is violated, the less yin cannot be hidden, so that the kidney qi is not stored, and diseases such as diarrhea appear.
The yin and yang of the four times are the root of all things. So the saints nourish the sun in spring and summer, and the yin in autumn and winter, in order to take it from its roots; Therefore, all things float at the door of growth. If it goes against its roots, it will cut its roots, and it will be bad. The change of yin and yang at four times is the foundation of the life of all things, so the saints maintain the yang qi in spring and summer to meet the needs of growth, and maintain the yin qi in autumn and winter to meet the needs of collection, and obey the fundamental law of life development, and they can move and develop in the life process of birth, growth, harvest and hiding like all things. If this law is violated, it will destroy the vitality and destroy the True Yuan Qi.
