01 Xincheng Yintai Commercial Complex
The total investment of the project is about 3 billion yuan, covering an area of 117,296.74 square meters (about 175.95 acres), with a total construction area of 389,200 square meters. The project integrates office, business, catering, fitness and leisure, the overall building is staggered, and the green landscape is rich in layers, creating a new ecological shopping innovation concept, creating an avant-garde and fashionable new landmark of Qiandao Lake, injecting new impetus into urban development and driving the overall development of the city.
Current Progress:
Up to now, the first floor of the B area 6# building reinforcement lashing, the 5# building underground two-story steel lashing, the 4# building foundation excavation, the 1-3# building foundation pile excavation; the C area 1# building completed 7 floor slab pouring, 3 # completed 10 floor slab pouring, 7 # began 9 floor slab pouring.
02 Alpha City
The total investment of the project is about 600 million yuan, covering an area of 31067.54 square meters (about 46.6 acres), with a total construction area of 60108.21 square meters, consisting of 9 buildings. The project is positioned as a block-type urban commercial complex with the theme of "cultural tourism", that is, a one-stop multi-functional community-type commercial complex with multi-functional functions such as family theme entertainment, leisure and shopping, with office and other functions, and mainly sets up amusement, commercial and office as the three major formats.
Up to now, building 5# has been built with roof wall masonry construction; 3# floor roof construction; 4# building south four-story support mold; 7# building foundation backfilling; 1#, 6# building garage roof construction; 8# building basement floor construction; 2# building to complete the foundation construction.
03 Great White Whale Cultural Theme Park
The project covers an area of 53.51 acres, with a total investment of 520 million yuan, mainly to build the Great White Whale Qiandao Lake Cultural Theme Park Underwater World, the Great White Whale Qiandao Lake Cultural Theme Park Magic Show, which is implemented in two phases. The project takes the underwater performance of the great white whale as the main line, creates a cultural and tourism integration complex with a high degree of integration of marine culture and lake culture, and a high degree of interaction among tourists, filling the gap of water-mediated marine theme park tourism products in Chun'an County.
As of now, the second layer has completed a partial sandwich.
04 Qiandao Lake Standard & Poor's Health Food (Phase II)
Invested and constructed by Hangzhou Qiandao Lake Standard & Poor's Health Food Co., Ltd., it covers an area of 78,952.62 square meters (about 118.43 acres) and a planned total construction area of 87,712.16 square meters.
Up to now, the second phase (3#, 4# plant) has completed construction, of which 3# plant has completed the installation and commissioning of 11 meltblown cloth production line equipment.
05 Yongtong Expansion and Relocation (Phase II)
The project is located in the Fengjiashan Block, with a total area of 109,393.88 square meters (about 164.09 acres), a planned total construction area of 69,966 square meters (with a gross floor area of 112763 square meters), a total investment of about 400 million yuan, mainly building cables, optical cables, plastic wire processing workshops and supporting office building dormitory buildings. Among them, the first phase covers an area of 59805.65 square meters (about 89.71 acres), and the second phase covers an area of 49586.91 square meters (about 74.38 acres).
Up to now, the overall construction of the project has been completed, the production line equipment has been in place, and the equipment installation and commissioning are underway.
06 Chigusa-no-3 term
It is one of the "deep green industry cultivation and development special action" construction projects in the "Ten Special Actions" in our county, covering an area of 22 acres, with a total construction area of 11,800 square meters and a total investment of 35 million yuan, mainly building 2 production plants for microbial fermentation products such as red yeast yeast, enzymes and mulberry yellow. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can achieve an annual output of 7 million bottles of enzyme beverage production capacity, the annual output value is expected to be 80 million yuan, the annual profit and tax is 6 million yuan, and about 80 jobs will be solved.
Up to now, the project has completed the main roofing, and the external wall masonry has entered the sweeping tail construction.
07 Made by Kestek
Covers an area of 30.6 acres, with a total construction area of 25,500 square meters, the main construction of 3 factories, 1 office building, a total investment of 50 million yuan. After the completion of the project, the annual output of 1,000 units / set of PSA oxygen production, nitrogen production, ozone equipment production capacity, is expected to annual output value of 100 million yuan, annual profit and tax of 10 million yuan, to solve about 100 jobs.
Up to now, the main structure of the No. 2 plant of the project has been constructed, and the foundation engineering of the office building and the 1# plant has been constructed.
08 Qiandao Lake Beer Staff Service Center
Covers an area of 24.26 acres, construction area of 7822.81 square meters, including halls, restaurants, activity halls, a total investment of about 40 million yuan, after completion, will be used as an important place to enrich the amateur life of all employees, entertainment, promote the integration of enterprises, employees, common development.
Up to now, the project has completed the main acceptance and begun to paint the exterior walls.
