In 1998, Manuel Ferrer Minetti, Santiago Achaval Becu, Marcelo Victoria, Diego Rosso from Argentina and Siviero and Roberto from Italy Cipresso) established Château Fili.
Although Château Filip is an up-and-coming winery, it has many centuries-old Malbec vines to save abandoned vineyards, which allows it to produce wines that express the unique terroir of the region.
Located on sunny hillsides, these old vineyards are naturally advantageous.
The older the vines, the more terroir characteristics they can express; The old vine itself yields less, and the winery also controls the production through pruning and other means, which makes the grapes more complex and concentrated.
The winery is committed to the principle of respecting the terroir and minimizing interference. The natural personality of the grapes is respected and preserved throughout the winemaking process, resulting in wines of high purity and expressiveness.
The brewery has little temperature control during fermentation and does not clarify or filter before bottling.

There are 5 series of wines, of which the Single Garden series is the flagship wine of the winery, this series is 3 Malbec, corresponding to the 3 vineyards mentioned above.

The Bellavista Single Garden (Finca Bella Vista) is home to the winery with open vineyards. This wine is known for its smoothness and sophistication, elegant aroma, endless aftertaste and outstanding acidity.
The Altamira Single Garden of Altamira comes from Atamira, a mountain with an extreme climate. The aromas of this wine range from red and black fruits to floral to spice and mineral, rich, fresh, complex and captivating.
