Founded in September 1966, Zhijie Primary School is a rural full-boarding primary school with 11 teachers and 161 students. Born in September 1973, after graduating from high school in July 1992, she chose to return to her hometown and became a substitute teacher at the Liujia branch of Zhijie Primary School, starting her dream building career in Shan Liwa in one division and one school. Later, she continued to work as a substitute teacher at Cow Street Primary School Gordon Branch and Zhijie Primary School, and through her own hard work, she became a public teacher in August 2000 and assumed the work of class teacher and teaching director. In September 2014, with extensive work experience, she was appointed as the principal of Zhijie Primary School. Combined with the actual situation of the school, she used 30 minutes every day to organize teachers and students to carry out large recess exercises. In addition, a number of interest groups such as dance, calligraphy and painting, and basketball have been established to increase students' talents.

In order to do a good job in the education of left-behind children, Ah Youhua organized teachers to set up the "Zhijie Primary School Left-behind Children's Home" WeChat group, sending photos and videos of left-behind children's activities to the group every week to share and communicate with parents. Later, the county tax bureau volunteered to buy 5 sets of tablet computers and donated them to the school free of charge. The school has designated every Tuesday from 12 noon to 1 p.m. as the "parent-child video call" time, ensuring that each left-behind child has video calls with their parents at least twice a month, building a bridge between left-behind children and their parents.

Some students live with their grandparents, and at most they talk to their parents on the phone, and there is no way to video. Some parents of left-behind children work in other provinces, and due to the long-term lack of communication and companionship, the children have become strangers to them and are reluctant to speak. In order to facilitate communication between parents and children, we opened parent-child video call channels, and these situations slowly improved.
Although her home is near the school, Ah Youhua insists on taking the school as her home and sharing happiness and hardships with teachers and students. Through their own example and demonstration, they have paid close attention to the cultivation of teachers and students, driven teachers to cultivate a good school spirit and learning style, and the cohesion of the school has been enhanced. With the joint efforts of her and all teachers, the teaching quality of Zhijie Primary School has won the first place in the township for 6 consecutive years. The school was rated as "Advanced School in Primary Education" by the county people's government in 2017, "Advanced School in Primary Education Management" by the county people's government twice in 2019 and 2020, "Advanced Group for Women's Achievements" by the State Women's Federation in 2019, and "Advanced School" by the township people's government for six consecutive years.
