On November 15, a rice mill warehouse, a house, and a steel-framed bridge were swept away by river water in the town of Ganki Island in Myanmar's Ayeyarwady province. Before the cold season, natural disasters occurred frequently in many parts of Myanmar, and roads, bridges and embankments were damaged and collapsed.

According to the news, at 1 noon on the 15th, the embankment of Wen Qiang Village, Legba Township, Ganji Island Township, collapsed due to the erosion of the Maodi River. After the collapse accident, the township fire police team rushed to the scene to carry out search and rescue work.

It is reported that the seven residents affected in the embankment collapse accident were successfully transferred to the nearest relatives' homes with the help of firefighters. Currently, the fire department is calculating the damage caused by the disaster and searching for other people who may be trapped.
