Jennifer Esposido was born in 1973 in Brooklyn, New York. His mother was an interior decorator and his father was a music producer. Esposido is of Italian descent and graduated from the Moorish Catholic High School.

Esposido is best known for his roles in the feature films Crash, Sam's Summer, Silent Life, The Queen of Taxis, and Welcome to Collingwood. She also starred in several TV series, including: "Little People in Politics", "Second Life", "Police Family", "Mistress".
From 2016 to 2017, she played Special Agent Alexandra Quinn in the series NCIS. In 2019, he participated in the movie "Thug Town". She also played CIA Deputy Director Susan Reno in the TV series "Black Robe Pickets".

Esposido married actor Bradley Cooper in December 2006. In May 2007, after five months of marriage, they filed for divorce. In 2009, Esposido became engaged to Australian tennis player Mark Phillips. The couple separated in August 2010. In May 2014, Esposido announced his engagement to British model Louis Dowler. They married in New York City on November 16, 2014. In March 2016, Esposido filed for divorce from Doyler. In 2020, Esposido married Jesper Weststrom.
