Since its release, the "Fast Pursuit" trilogy has earned more than half a billion US dollars at the global box office, and the cool action and endless chase have gained waves of fans. Although the movie "Fast Pursuit 4" will not be released until March 24 next year, the prequel to the "Speed" series "Intercontinental Hotel" and the movie "Ballet Killer" have already entered intense filming.
"Ballet Dancer Killer" Keanu Reeves and Ian McShahn are back
Keanu Reeves is currently in Prague to reveal that he will re-play John Wick in "Ballet Killer", and Continental Hotel Manager Winston's actor Ian McShahn will also return, after Keanu Reeves has withdrawn from the "White City Devil" crew, and it is definitely good news for fans to return to the John Wick universe, and it can be seen how much Lionsgate attaches to the film.
Ballet dancing "Slavic female killer"
Produced by Lionsgate, directed by Len Wiseman and written by the screenwriters of Rush 3, "Ballerina Killer" tells the story of a ballerina assassin who avenges his family. The "Slavic female killers" in "Rush 3" are still fresh in their memories, they were trained by the gang female boss "director" into a group of ballet dancers, subjected to almost cruel and harsh practice, the scars on their muscles and the ruthlessness revealed on their bodies made people shudder to watch.
The film starred popular actress Ana de Amama, a Cuban girl who has earned herself countless opportunities to become the protagonist of Hollywood with a stunning appearance of just ten minutes in 007.
As a prequel to the series, Hotel Intercontinental is a 3-episode miniseries of 90 minutes each. Set during the 1970s New York health strike, the city is full of trash and filth, as well as a neon haunting place for assassins, gangsters and eccentric characters, and in the midst of this chaos, there is a neutral place and the center of the killer world: the Intercontinental Hotel.
Ian McShahn as Winston
Inside guests can visit the bar, enjoy a meal or a room, they can enjoy the full services and privileges of the hotel as long as they can afford it, and each killer must "get off work" within the hotel, i.e. no longer kill people here so as not to incur the wrath of management. And the hotel is run by a mysterious and generous man named Winston. The prequel is about young Winston and how he and his allied team got into the hotel and rose their way up to the hotel's manager.
Colin Woodall plays young Winston
Young Winston, played by Colin Woodle, has eyes and lips almost identical to Ian McShahn, making him a perfect candidate.
Mel gibson
The show will also welcome a blockbuster star Mel Gibson, who will play an important role in the play.
While the delicate action scenes are undoubtedly the main attraction of the series, the atmosphere and world construction make it clearly different from other action movies, which is the key to the "Speed" series getting smoother. The show was originally scheduled to be released on Starz in 2022, but no specific date has been released yet.
