When Ma Mingyao first arrived in Hong Kong, he was engaged in a hawker business, leaving early and returning late every day, often unable to make ends meet, and his family was crowded in the attic of a log cabin in the resettlement area. Ma Jiezhang has a scar on his chin, which is the scar left by falling from the attic in his sleep when he was a child.
