Following Francisco, Julen Lopetegui and Unai Emery, La Liga will have its fourth manager of the season, 48-year-old Argentine coach Eduardo Cordet.

Eduardo Códette, one of Argentina's highest-profile young coaches, began his coaching career at Rosario Central, when he invited his friend Ariel Garcer as his assistant and persuaded Cristiane Villagra, Marco Ruben, Pablo Alvarez and Gustavo Coleman, and in less than a year, he turned Rosario Central into a feared iron army.
At the end of 2017, Cordet accepted an offer from Diego Milito (then sporting director) to become the manager of the competitive team. In his second season at the helm, he tasted the league title and then took charge of Internacional Brazil, where Cordet brought a newly promoted underdog club to the top of the table.
At the end of 2020, Cordette succeeded Oscar Garcia as head coach of Celta Vigo, and as an attacking manager, Cordette used a 4-1-3-2 formation, with a strong emphasis on full-back assists and off-ball running in midfield. Under his tutelage, the team's captain Aspas ushered in the second spring, and Mesozoic players such as Chervi and Denis Suarez have also achieved breakthroughs.
According to the agreement between Cordette and Luis Campos (sporting director), he will leave Celta at the end of the season, but as the team's record gets worse (four points in 8 rounds), his tenure in Celta will end early!
According to Portuguese journalist Pedro Sepúlveda: Celta Vigo has finalized Cordet's successor - 56-year-old Portuguese coach Carlos Cavalgliar. Prior to that, Kavallar coached in Portugal, Greece, Turkey, England and the UAE, with his last job being in charge of Abu Dhabi Unification.
