Friedensreich Hundertwasser, Austrian painter, sculptor, and architect, is almost Austria's most famous artist of the late 20th century.

Handwassa was born on 15 December 1928 to a Jewish family in Vienna, and when he was one year old, his father, who had been a soldier, died.

In 1934, at the age of six, Handwassa began to paint, creating a unique flat abstract painting style that was both decorative and colorful.

In 1943, most of Handwasa's mother's relatives were killed in the camp. The Nazi persecution he experienced in his youth gave him a unique insight and extraordinary understanding of artistic creation, especially nature and color.

In 1948, Handwassa studied briefly at the Vienna Academy of Arts.

Beginning in 1967, Handwasa's works, such as drawings, posters, and posters, were sold in large quantities.

From 1981 he was a professor at the Vienna Private Academy of Art.

In 1991, the Handwassa Museum opened in Vienna.

On February 19, 2000, Handwasa died at the age of 72.

Handvasa's paintings, building exterior wall shapes, stamp designs, costumes and other artworks fully reflect his irrepressible and sometimes surprising artistic insights.

The most common elements in his work are straight lines, bright colors, organic structures, harmony between man and nature, and strong individualism.

His work was inspired by the art of the Vienna Secession, as well as Austrian painters Egon Schiller and Gustav Klimt.

Although the topic of his work is always controversial, his work is still loved and admired by many people, such as the famous Japanese manga artist Miyazaki, whose personal art museum was inspired by Handevasa.
