Fang Hua graduated from Chongqing University School of Urban Planning of Architecture, Stendal University of Magdeburg, Germany, and Polytechnic University of Milan, Italy, with a bachelor's degree in architecture, a bachelor's degree in engineering in Germany, and a master's degree in architectural urban planning design management.
In the past 22 years, he has focused on commercial public construction design and urban renewal design, and put forward the theory of "solving design problems with cross-border thinking", that is, by understanding the capital operation, economic operation and social effects of the project, to find design solutions, and finally let the design help the sustainable operation of the project. In particular, urban renewal projects, limited to the design itself, will make the project fall into operational difficulties, and only by raising the thinking to the upstream of the design can we find the most reasonable solution.
