After his partner withdrew, he made a bold decision: he sold a car for transportation, took his wife and two daughters to eat and live in the vineyard, studied and tended to the vines day and night, and turned his side business into his main business. For his own "grape dream", Zhang Kuifeng actively thinks, studies diligently, learns from books, learns from the Internet, participates in the training of new vocational farmers, goes to Taiwan for study at his own expense, visits teachers everywhere, learns from all directions, and pursues scientific planting.
He listened to the opinions of experts, built a rain shelter, strengthened the control of every link of the vine rooting, germination and tree formation, carefully cared for, let the grapes ripen naturally, pursued the "fruit feeling", and built a brand. Change the sales model, adhere to quality and credibility. Taking the initiative to cooperate with scientific research institutes, it has introduced 6 varieties suitable for local hilly cultivation, such as sunshine rose and sweet sapphire; In-depth research on ecological soil reform and strong root technology, biological products green prevention and control technology and other 5 key grape production technologies, declared 3 invention patents, and promoted and applied in the city, achieving good results. The benefit of grape mu is more than 30,000 yuan, which is higher than 50% of the surrounding benefit, achieving annual sales of more than 20,000 boxes and achieving a profit of more than 1 million yuan. The grapes planted have won more than 10 gold awards in national, provincial and municipal industry competitions.
