Wang Duo Landscape

Wang Duo (1592-1652), Zi Juesi, Yi zi juezhi, shiqiao, Songqiao, also known as Yi'an, Yixian Daoren, Beidian Yantan Yusu, Henan Mengjin people. Calligrapher and painter of the late Ming and early Qing dynasties. His calligraphy is on a par with Dong Qichang and is known as the "King of the North of Southern Dong". Li Zhimin, a professor at Peking University and the pioneer of introducing the monument into the grass, commented: "Wang Duo's cursive writing is indulgent, unrestrained, vertical and horizontal, and deep in bone."
