General Li Zhen
Editor's note: Li Zhen, the founding major general of the Chinese People's Liberation Army and the sixty-fifth political commissar of the 19th Corps of the First Field Army at the time of the Fumei Campaign, wrote the poem "Qinyuan Spring And Westward March", which reproduced the grand and fierce battle scenes of the Fumei Campaign and reflected the revolutionary spirit of the Chinese People's Liberation Army in being heroic and invincible and defeating the enemy. The Battle of Fumei is a huge red book of party history education.
The trumpets were in battalion, the war horses were roaring, and they were galloping day and night.
Let the wind and rain blow, light cold and dry heat, look for magic to go, and beat the poor chase.
The monster hung its head, terrified, and Huma fled the huge amount of money.
Flag display, eagle chasing python, more bears.
Zhao Zhao rode on an iron horse and fled to Lanzhou to exhaust the enemy.
In one fell swoop, the iron pass dangerous road, known as Qi Biao, all thin mud.
Alone, gritting his teeth, winning the haste and nowhere to live.
Happy, ask when the victory will be? And look at the morning light.
