Bradley Bill insists on his loyalty to the Wizards: "I can write my own story."

After a year of injury-ridden injuries, Bradley Beal and the Washington Wizards signed a five-year, $251 million contract at Beal that included complete no deal terms, which was surprising and unexpected. Beal, the 3rd pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, spent his entire career in Washington, D.C., but won just three playoff series wins in 10 seasons.

During his career, the Wizards peaked in 2017, when the Wizards were sent out of the Eastern Conference playoffs with just one win in the Eastern Conference Finals. The past four seasons have been particularly tough for Beal, as he has won only one playoff game during that time. But Bill sees his new top-salary contract as an opportunity to cement his legacy as one of history's great wizards.

"People always look at me like I'm crazy, but I'm very eager to make it work here and win here," Bill told Haute Living. "In the careers of NBA players, there aren't many opportunities to be called team stars, you know? To be able to have that opportunity, to be able to write my own story, that's all. Bill added.

Bradley Beal currently ranks second on the Wizards' all-time scoring list with 14,231 points, within reach of the 15,551-point record set by Elvin Hayes. If Beal reaches his usual average of appearances and points per game (64 games and 22.1 points, respectively) in the upcoming season, he will surpass Hayes' team record.

After missing the playoffs last season, Beal is still struggling to get the Wizards back to their playoff glory as he begins to recover from a season-ending injury in February.

Bill said: "I feel like if I win a championship in Washington, everything I've gone through, all the adversity and ups and downs, it will make the victory sweeter and make me more grateful for it. And I do like to grind and sometimes like to go against the trend. "#nba spit conference ##比尔留守奇才 #
