Strong head and new competition?
"Entering the circle" and "getting out of the circle" are also not easy

Even if you really have the opportunity to enter the systematic dubbing study, there is still a long way to go before you can truly "enter the circle". The first few years of voice actors can basically be defined as having no income to "generate electricity for love". Voice director Fuji Shin, who currently manages a dubbing studio, shares his views on cultivating "new people" from a management perspective: "Three years for voice actors to start is a normal pace, and within five years, they will basically complete the transformation from a newcomer to an experienced practitioner. ”
Compared with the choice and voice of mature actors in the industry, the younger generation will face very fierce competition in the early stage of entering the industry. Of course, this is also related to the ability of young voice actors to shape roles, voice actors for different roles of the interpretation is not dependent on voice distinction, but through emotions, so the expansion of personal experience, the cultivation of voice temperament and language habits, the practice of expressing lines are very important.
It is not difficult to see that the dubbing industry is not only difficult to "go out of the circle", but also difficult to "enter the circle". As practitioners, everyone is very calm about breaking the circle. "I think this 'broken circle' is like a pseudo-concept," Li Lanling said bluntly, "but with the development, everyone has set their sights on the places that they have not noticed." Only when the work is excellent can it have the opportunity to be seen by the audience and be noticed by the audience. ”
The industry is not ready to meet the fan economy
Voice actors have no intention of being "lone brave"
Although dubbing practitioners still attribute the rise in industry popularity to the effect of the work, it is undeniable that more and more voice actors have formed their own stable and considerable fan groups.
Previously, we also interviewed some of the fans of the voice actors, who were relieved that the idol harvest was definitely, but also confessed to us: neither the actors themselves nor the audience can fully adapt to this ecology. Fuji Shin put forward his view from the perspective of a senior practitioner: the industry is not ready to meet the fan economy. "By gradually getting more and more attention, [the dubbing industry] has really gained more different opportunities, and at the same time, we need to have more capabilities in the face of more opportunities."
Fuji shin believes that the basis of the dubbing industry's "fan-sucking" determines that the two-way rush of actors and fans is based on the work and the love for the dubbing career, so it is bound to be different from other "circles" at the fan economic level. At present, he also focuses part of his work on how to integrate the recognition and professionalism of voice actors: "In fact, it is how to quickly improve the professional ability of the young generation with relatively high exposure, and at the same time let senior voice teachers be understood and familiar to more audiences." ”
Although voice actors spend more time active in radio dramas, animation, games and other fields, the large demand for dubbing in film and television dramas in the previous period has also become the main reason for accelerating the dubbing to a wider audience. Sound gives soul to characters, and even many viewers believe that the work of voice actors has given some film and television actors a great increase in acting skills.

The dubbing industry has always had large salary fluctuations and gaps. "With the rise of voice actor attention, the industry has a different focus. But attention is also fluid, so the pay will eventually remain at an even level. Fuji shin gave an objective evaluation of this change, "We can't just look at the remuneration of these voice actors at the head, but also pay attention to the salary situation of the entire industry." ”
In parallel with the film and television industry's gradual abandonment of the "traffic theory" approach, most of the partners in the dubbing field have gradually changed from pursuing high-attention actors to down-to-earth selection of actors who are more suitable for the role, Fuji Shin revealed that the average salary income of the dubbing industry is still lower than that of other areas in the circle: "So back to the point we should have been focusing on, that is, the improvement of the quality of the work itself, so as to formulate the salary of voice actors with reasonable standards." ”
