At present, the story of half a quilt is popular all over China, and the sandbank is also like a mysterious woman, exuding charming charm and attracting countless people to come to appreciate its charm.
Walking through the Sandbar Square, the first thing that catches your eye is the rows of green brick Dewa horse-headed walls of Huipai style buildings. Cornices and bucket arches carved beams and columns, wood and stone brick carvings are colorful, and landscapes, figures, flowers and birds are vivid. With the ancestral hall as the center, dozens of houses around it are all in this style. There are also ancient bridges, ancient wells, ancient temples, and ancient alleys, all of which are simple and beautiful. Shazhou is a Yao village, the Yao population of more than 300 people, accounting for more than half of the total population of the village, is a Chinese ethnic minority characteristics of the village, Chinese traditional villages, Chinese historical and cultural villages.
Hearing the noise of the people in the ancestral hall is boiling, it is not like doing a happy event. A closer look reveals that it was a temporary classroom function. Chenzhou Shonan Chef School is using a venue to hold a Chinese pastry skills training class. More than fifty trainees, wearing uniformly distributed advertising aprons, were sitting precariously. The trainees are mainly villagers in their own villages, but there are also nearby villages, both men, women and children. The training duration is 12 days. The teacher speaks seriously, and the student learns hard. While talking, I also operate at the same time. They are all taking time to learn the skills to make a living, and they must be serious. After completing the school, you can open your own shop, and you can also recommend employment to large hotels and large companies by the school.
In order to integrate into the daily life of the villagers of The Sandbank, I chose to live in the Sandbank. Friends introduced Shazhou Yaojia Inn, the owner is an excellent party member Zhu Jianhui, and the two sons are village cadres. I asked the landlord if there were many homestays run by villagers, and he said there were more than a dozen.
The inn is located at the right end of the ancestral hall, and the last row of houses is a newly built house. The facilities are simple and functional. It's quiet and cool next to Rock Park. Pushing open the window, it is the entrance to the middle gate of Panshi Park. Loquat and jujube trees are lush on the stone mountain, as well as elms and unknown miscellaneous trees. The branches stretch almost to the eaves.
I woke up very early, finished writing my first research essay, and it was still early, so I walked along the Stone Stone Trail into the park. The Houlong Mountain of the sandbar is a limestone mountain with a relative height difference of about 200 meters. The soil layer is not thick, and in the crevices of the stone, some miscellaneous trees grow tenaciously. It has been heavily protected throughout the ages as a landscape forest. The old man said that only some were cut during the large-scale steel smelting, and after a few decades, the ecology returned to the original state, and now it is set up as a village park. Standing at the top of the mountain, you can see the fields of the villages below the mountain. The beautiful water meanders, the mountains are green, the sky is blue and the clouds are white, the small bridges are flowing water, the flowers and fruits are fragrant, it is a picture scroll, and it is like a paradise. Shazhou Village is a national forest village, an ecological village in Hunan Province, a sanitary village in Hunan Province, a beautiful leisure village in China, and a key village in rural tourism in China. At present, it is striving to create a beautiful village at the national level, which is worthy of the name.
Shazhou Village is rich in golden plums, crystal pears, chestnuts, loquats, yellow peaches and other characteristic fruits, in addition to the paddy fields in front of the village, most of them are in the back mountains, and the fruits in this area are better. This time, the fruit is basically under the tree, and the villagers begin to prune and loosen the soil to prepare for the next fruit season. Red platform, green development, improving the function of the pastoral complex, improving the quality of agricultural products, is a major grasp of the sandbar industry.
My visits are sometimes carried out under the leadership of team members stationed in villages, and more often, they are free visits. Although there are not many people who know each other, they are able to communicate with each other in a wordless manner. Speaking of my ancestors who once took the burden to go to the countryside to do small business in this area, most old people have an impression. In this way, old village cadres, teachers, entrepreneurs, stall owners, all kinds of advanced in the top ten evaluations, or random villagers, elders or students, are all my interview subjects.
The history of the sandbar is long, with a history of three or four hundred years. The so-called one side of the water and soil to support the other side of the people, talk about the specific region, phenology on people's impact. The sandbar is a treasure of feng shui, the spirit of the earth, the zhong ling yu xiu. Jiang surname, Cao surname, Zhu surname, etc., have settled here. After the Jiang surname was relocated to Tallinn, the current villagers are mainly Zhu and Cao, as well as Li, Luo, Guo and other surnames. The villagers of Shazhou are simple and kind. I often wonder why the story of "Half a Quilt" happened on a sandbar. Xu Da Niang was illiterate and did not understand too many revolutionary principles, so what was the motivation for Xu Xiexiu to invite the female Red Army into the house to rest? During the turmoil of the Cultural Revolution, the surrounding villages were fighting and killing, and Guo Guichao, then the secretary of the Shazhou Village Branch, was highly respected and insisted on not killing. I think it is the culture of goodness accumulated by history that plays a role. The family training recorded in the Zhu family tree has the provision of accumulating goodness. With the development of red tourism, more people from outside the village came to Shazhou to invest and set up businesses, and they became new Shazhou people. They still maintain a simple folk custom. The operation in the scenic spot is related to the image, and it must be childlike and undefrauded, consistent inside and outside, and cannot do the lack of weight and lack of virtue. Can only rely on integrity management, win repeat customers, win a good reputation.
Shazhou Village was once a closed and backward small mountain village. Since the general secretary told the story of half a quilt at the meeting to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Long March, especially after the inspection of the sandbank on September 16, 2020, the village of Shazhou has undergone a butterfly change. The poverty alleviation task force came, the rural revitalization task force came, the blueprint was drawn, and the projects were moved one by one. On less than one square kilometer of land, there are buildings such as the "Warmth of Half a Quilt" exhibition hall, the Shazhou Branch of the Party School of the Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, the Shazhou Furong School, and the Visitor Center. The changes in the sandbar are changing with each passing day. People from all over the country come here to receive education on the original intention and mission, and to understand the water conditions of the military and the people. Many times, there are nearly 10,000 tourists every day. Young migrant workers in this village have returned home. The small village, full of guests, is bustling, and looks like a small city. In the past, farmers became industrial and commercial households. There are 48 homestays, restaurants and shops in the village, 135 stalls, and more than 400 villagers have started businesses and employment at their doorstep. At present, the famous enterprises Mengjie Group and Yanjin Shop have also been introduced to set up factories here, opening the prelude to industrialization. The government also holds training courses for chefs, tour guides and so on every year, and "everyone has skills" has become a reality. The per capita disposable income of the villagers has increased from less than 1,000 to 15,000, and the collective income of the village has reached more than 700,000. With the start of the first phase of the Happy New Village project, in the future, all the villagers in Shazhou will be moved in one after another, and the original area will become a professional tourist area. Shazhou Village has become a "national civilized village," a "national model collective of national unity and progress," and a "national democratic and rule-of-law demonstration village," as well as a national patriotism education demonstration base and a provincial party sex education base filed by the Central Organization Department. In the next step, it will also build a national 5A scenic spot, a national important red education and training base, a national influential red cultural tourism destination, a national rural revitalization demonstration village, a Long March Park, etc., to become a leader in driving the development of surrounding village groups.

It is very convenient for fellow villagers to wash clothes, wash vegetables and water. Now, the sound of chicken dogs in Shazhou Village is not heard, that is because there is a chicken shed under the tree in the back mountain.
Perhaps touched by the heavens, I went to the sandbar the next day and raced for the first rain after entering the autumn. The rain is very large, although the time is not long, but with this rain, many dead trees have come back to life, and the eggplant, peppers, beans, cabbage, turnips, onions and garlic planted by the villagers have all come back to life.
The sandbank is a good place with easy access to water. Because there is living water, the village is clean and tidy. Fellow villagers also pay special attention to hygiene. The home is neatly arranged, and most families raise flower pots in front of the house and behind the house to beautify the environment.
The good health of the village depends more on the high quality of the villagers and the superb level of villagers' autonomy.
In addition to the task force dispatched by the superiors, the two committees of the village, there are also various mass autonomous organizations. Four organizations, including the Association for the Elderly, the Association of Good People, the Villagers' Council, the Ethics Council, and the Youth Volunteer Organization, are readily available. There are also two squads and two teams and a regiment. The two classes are calligraphy classes and reading classes; The two teams are basketball teams and dance teams; One is a choir.
The activities of various organizations are active. Such as regular organization of sanitation, cleaning up debris, etc. There are also people who specially check the evaluation, the good on the red list, the bad on the black list. Not only hygiene, but also all other work is well managed, and ten appraisal activities are held every year.
The sunset falls on the hills of the city wall ridge, emitting a golden glow and is brilliant and colorful. This gold is the color paved by the predecessors with the spirit of high morality, and it is the color of my heart! Shazhou Village has become a well-known national business card. In the great cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Shazhou Village will lead the development of China's rural areas, let china's rural areas move towards comprehensive revitalization, and let rural revitalization paint a beautiful China.
