American writer Mario. Puzo's "The Godfather" trilogy, including The Godfather, the Godfather II. the Sicilians, and the "The Last Godfather, the Godfather III," called it "The Man's Bible"—a must-read book for men. That's why I was fooled into buying it. It is written in the story of the Italian mafia.
My evaluation of the first "Godfather" was the American version of "Shanghai Beach". Written is sicilian mafia leader Don. Vito. Corleone and his family's "struggle" in the United States. "In the world of the Godfather, friendship is the prevailing currency; Loyalty is the best gift; Silence is the only rule. He despises all values, does not give warnings, does not bluff, leaves no room for manoeuvre. The Godfather is his own God. ”
The second sicilian I evaluate is the Italian version of Water Margin. It is a story of how the Sicilian mafia was suppressed by the Italian dictator and forced to "rebel". The third book, The Last Godfather, is mainly written about the second generation of the Corleone family, "Don" Michael. Corleone led the family to "whitewash" and eventually integrate into mainstream society. "He was the last godfather, the ruler of the underworld. No one can speculate on the last plot of the Godfather, and no one can stop the ultimate ambition of the family. There is no justice, only victory. ”
The Mafia is a secret social organization that originated in Italy. Based in Sicily, in the 18th century Europe set off a wave of immigration to the Americas, mafia flocked to the United States, rooted in New York, active in all parts of the United States, manipulating the American gambling industry, pornography industry and drug trafficking, arms smuggling, engaging in professional criminal activities, such as ticket kidnapping, murder, robbery, etc.
Today's mafia seems to be a heinous terrorist organization, but the Mafia (Mafia) of that year was not. Since its inception, the Mafia has been an organization that advocates violence. He has a side to stand up for the poor and do justice for the people. But without the right theory as a guide, it will almost certainly go its own opposite. Over time, the nature of the mafia has also changed, and it has degenerated into a criminal gang that is innocent and hateful. They have resorted to violence to control livestock, slaughter, orchards and ports in Sicily and to collect protection fees from private owners. Through violence, the mafia established its authority in Sicily and extended this approach to all of Italy and then the whole world.
