The so-called "21st Century Trade Initiative" is, in essence, another move of the United States to "use Taiwan to control China." For example, in these 11 fields, there are labor, environment, standards, which are all elements of market operation, but there is only one called agriculture, this is industry, what does this mean, that is, the United States wants to sell more agricultural products to Taiwan.

Moreover, I have counted that in these 11 fields, the two words of laws and regulations have been talked about 10 times, which means to tell the Taiwan authorities that the DPP is the majority in Taiwan's legislature, so if there is a law that hinders the sale of US agricultural products, the United States will force the DPP authorities to revise it.
In addition, one of the 4 goals and 11 areas is about the market economy and market policy. What does this mean, the US routine is that if the Taiwan authorities agree to buy US agricultural products, but do not buy enough, the United States will say that There is a problem with Taiwan's market policy.
