I love to visit the stalls and have a deep affection for the stalls. This is not only because I went to school to study economics, is particularly sensitive to the market, favors economic development, and is good at finding economic clues from daily life, but more importantly, I have experienced the stall, have a special love for the stall life, and have a deep feeling for the "release of rural economic vitality between the inches" of the stall.

The stalls embody the human fireworks of a city. There is a stall night market right in front of my house, with a variety of items and cheap prices.

Going out to the night market every night is my homework and hobby. From melons, fruits and vegetables, old books and magazines, to tobacco, alcohol, sugar, tea, hardware and electrical appliances, you must take a look and ask the price.

It often costs little money to pack up some leftover vegetables and let the country farmers go home early. Although most of the vegetables are also thrown away, the habit of visiting the market without empty hands has been retained. Of course, sometimes I will find my own "treasure" on the old book stall.

My earliest experience with the stall was in the summer of 1985, when I had just received an acceptance letter from Shandong Agricultural University majoring in rural finance. At that time, being admitted to college was equivalent to jumping out of the dragon gate and eating the grain of the national treasury, and the whole family was happy and everyone envied.

But going to college requires tuition and living expenses. Although the agricultural university costs less, it is also a big expense for rural families in the early days of reform and opening up. The wheat in the family is the family's ration, which is reluctant to sell, and the other grains are still growing in the field and cannot be realized in advance.

My aunt's family in Beiluanzhuang planted a little vegetable garden, tomatoes, peppers, lentils are on the market, my cousin is young, my father let me help set up a stall to buy vegetables, so as to borrow some food money to go to college.

At the south end of Pingri Road leading to Gaomi City, there is a small dirt road on the east side of Dongling Gejiazhuang, which is a small vegetable market, because it is relatively remote, there are fewer people buying vegetables, I chose here, after all, I just started to set up a stall, and I was afraid of shouting, and I was afraid of seeing acquaintances.

This is a narrow pedestrian-only street lined with a variety of small goods. Because it was the height of summer, the stall owners wiped the sweat from their faces while shouting and selling business. The crowd of passers-by was picking up goods and bargaining: "Today's dish is fresh with dew, let's be cheaper!" The stall owner replied, "I just picked this morning in the dark, and I get what I pay for." ”

On the first day of the stall, I met a classmate of Qitai United Middle School, who was a sac nose and had been selling vegetables after school. As soon as my classmates arrived at the market, they occupied the best corner and told me that "the aroma of wine is also afraid of the deep alley." Sure enough, people who pass by to buy vegetables are picking the stalls in the corner of the land to ask for prices.

After that, I followed my classmates to learn to be obedient, and every morning I came to occupy the place, and the vegetables sold quickly and well. I also really understood the sentence in the book: if you want to know the taste of chestnuts, you must change the chestnuts and taste them yourself.

Suddenly, there was a noise in the stall not far away, and curiosity made me look hard, and it was an old lady selling eggs. The eggs laid by the old lady on her own chickens, just like her own children, were sold to others, and she was afraid that others would spoil them, so she carefully put them into the buyer's basket one by one.

The most popular time in my memory of Gaomi Night Market was around the handover of Hong Kong in 1997, when I worked in the Gaomi Agricultural Bank Town Office, and the southern section of Shunhe Road in front of the door was the night market. In the afternoon, the subordinate outlets left work, and the unpaid car could not come in after receiving the payment, and then had to adjust the payment time.

The night market is lively and full of fireworks. The food stalls are connected into one piece, wonton dumplings, charcoal barbecue, cheap and good, "five yuan to eat". In the evening, I would go to the food stall for a glass of loose beer, appetizing and refreshing.

Night markets promote the development of financial business. The town office sales department is the latest outlet of Gaomi Agricultural Bank to leave work, and customers deposit and withdraw money in an endless stream. The business office also specially set up a change exchange window to coordinate the entry of a large number of zero coins and exchange them outwards, which is well received by surrounding customers. When the customer mentions the town office, he says that the town office has a good heart and good service. Sometimes the business is busy, the sales office staff paid the wrong money, do not have to come to the door, wait for the customer to go home to point out the long money, it will be automatically sent back to the counter.

The stalls crowded the road, making it difficult to drive. Cars are all detours, and pedestrians pushing bicycles will inevitably bump into the ground stalls. That day I was off work from the town office, and I saw the back seat of a bicycle scraping onto the grape stall, and a few bunches of grapes fell to the ground, and the owner of the bicycle did not see it, but just walked away. I saw that the stall owner was very angry, so I went forward and said to the grape stall owner, I bought the broken grapes. The grape stall owner was stunned at first, and Ji'er smiled embarrassedly, saying that the grapes had been broken and could not be sold, so give it to you.

Later, the city vigorously carried out the creation of a civilized city, kept pace with the times to operate the city, and gradually abolished the door stalls, and closed the stalls into the doorway. I also like to visit the door house, just like when I was a child, I entered the supply and marketing cooperative and rushed to catch up with the big market.

At that time, there were only supply and marketing points in the village, and there were supply and marketing cooperatives in the township. On market days, the sellers put their goods on the ground, and the stalls are next to each other. The supply and marketing agencies also put out items for pedestrians to choose. The market is full of laughter, bustle and nostalgia.

In the corner of the night market next to the dormitory of the Agricultural Bank, there is a stall for repairing bicycles, the stall owner is a grandfather, once a technical department leader, after retirement, he can't stay idle, he repairs bicycles and electric vehicles for pedestrians, and lives a fun and fulfilling life. He often said to the owners of the repair car: The party's policy is good, the economy of the stalls has been restored, the city has fireworks, and retired workers are happy to have work.

The old book stall owner was a writer who had published several books, won awards for calligraphy, and was full of strong red sorghum culture in every move.

The stall breeds a better life and exudes a gesture of life. "Gold has no seed, it comes from a thrifty family." The practice stall may not be rich and expensive, but it can also make the days flourish, have taste, and live a positive and progressive life.
