According to the staff of Fengtai District Landscaping Bureau, the ratio of buildings and greenery in Lize Financial Business District is 1:1.2, and a waterfront cultural park (Phase I), an urban sports and leisure park (Phase I) and a green landscape park in the core area (South District) have been built.
