The Emperor of Japan recognized him as a descendant of the King of Baekje

The last king of Baekje, King Yici, ascended the throne in 641 AD, and in 660, the Tang general Su Dingfang crossed the sea and conquered the baekje kingdom. After the Yici King allied with Japan to restore the kingdom, he sent two princes, King Fengzhang and King Sunko, to Japan as hostages, and Baekje was completely destroyed after the Battle of Baekmura River. King Fengzhang, who had previously fled to Goguryeo in order to regain his homeland, was soon captured by the Tang Dynasty and was in exile. Another prince, King Zenmitsu, saw no hope of restoration, so he stayed in Japan, Emperor Tenchi asked his family to live in Namba (Osaka), and during Emperor Tenmu's New Year's Day, the Zenmitsu family gave gifts, Emperor Tenmu collapsed, and Zenmitsu sent his grandson as an agent to recite a eulogy at the funeral. When it came to the imperial lineage of the female emperor, the female emperor gave her the surname "Baekje King", and the Baekje wang clan was born, and the female emperor rewarded her with official positions and real estate, and treated her equally with the Hao clan in Japan.

Although the descendants of the Baekje clan naturalized Japan, their names were different from the Japanese imperial family and nobles, and the strong Han style was not like the Japanese unification that named girls "X-son". For example, The daughter of King Langyu of Baekje, the daughter of King Hyo-jin of Baekje, hyo-fa, the daughter of King Hyo-jong of Baekje, the daughter of King Libo of Baekje, the daughter of King Bushin of Baekje, the daughter of King Bushin of Baekje, the daughter of King Junzhe of Baekje, the daughter of King Junzhe of Baekje, the daughter of King Jungye of Baekje, the daughter of King Of Baekje, the daughter of King Of Baekje, the daughter of King Hyeonjong and Yongqing.

Several girls from the Baekje clan entered the harems of Emperor Huanmu, Emperor Saga, and Emperor Inmyō. Among the large number of X-zi and Manyo kana names in the Tenje Palace, the female name of the Baekje king of hanfeng is very conspicuous.

Among the Baekje kings, the most famous is Baekje Wang Myungshin, who became famous because of her love affair with King Yamabe (later Emperor Huanmu). At that time, because the Baekje clan advocated martial arts, especially falconry, Yamabe's father, King Shirakbi (later Emperor Mitsuhito), liked falconry when he was young, so he often visited the Baekje king's family, so Yamabe and Myaksin met.

It is said that because Yamabe's mother-in-law was also a descendant of Baekje, the two did not marry, and Mingshin married Fujiwara Jisho (from the Fujiwara Minami family). The bucket shifted from star to star, and Yamabe became Emperor Huanwu. Yamabe carried out the famous heian relocation of the capital, creating the thousand-year-old capital and laying the foundation for the prosperity of Kyoto.

Throughout his life, Yamabe loved many women, but in the end, Yamabe could not forget the ming letter he met in baekje's house when he was a child. One day, Myshin's husband Fujiwara Jisei died. When Yamabe found out, he summoned Mingshin to the harem and gave her the position of the harem, when Yamabe's empress Fujiwara Otomu had collapsed, so Mingshin was actually almost the status of an empress.

The Afterword to Japan records a story of Yamabe and Myshin

Emperor (Yamabe) 誦古歌曰: "以迩之実能, Noh Na What Floating Stream Yachi, Ara Tamenami, Ara Tamara Takeya, Noh Naga Floating Stream Yachi". 勅尚侍従三位Baekje Wang Myeongshin Reiwa之,不得成焉。 Emperor Jidai Kazumasa: "Kimi Mi Su Hao, Washu Rei Talu Luo Rice, 爾記 Tamano, Tawa Yame wa Reiha, Tōzen no Shira Tama". Long live the title of Samurai.

To the effect that at a banquet, Yamabe was interested and sang a Japanese song, asking Mingshin to make a return song, and if Mingxin could not do it, Yamabe would write a return song on behalf of Mingxin.

Yamabe was very kind to baekje descendants, perhaps because his first love and mother were both baekje descendants, and he had played with the Baekje royal family since childhood. After Yamabe ascended the throne, he made his mother Takano Shinkasa the Crown Lady, and Shinkasa's mother-in-law was also favored, and after Shinkasa's death in 790, he gave it to the empress dowager and gave him the title of Himezu of Tenkochi, and in February of the same year, Yamabu issued an edict that "the Baekje king clan is a foreign relative". In addition to The daughters of the Baekje royal family in Yamabe's harem, there are also shariah, shōjin, and Sadaka.

In 2001, Emperor Akihito issued a baekje blood statement in public, based on the aforementioned Takano Shinkasa. It caused a sensation in Japan and South Korea, and later Asaka Makoto (grandson of King Hatohiko of Asaka Palace) and his party visited the mausoleum of King Wuning of Baekje in South Korea, which was the first time that relevant personnel of the Japanese imperial family visited the tomb of King Wuning.
