Bona Pictures recently passed the registration and is preparing to be listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The CSRC approved Bona Pictures' public offering of no more than 274,903,797 new shares and Shengtong Energy's public offering of no more than 30 million new shares.

In August 2020, Bona Pictures released a prospectus, planning to raise 1.425 billion yuan, mainly for the Bona film project and the Bona cinema project.

Xinshi Yuanying and Jinshi Zhiyu are both direct investment funds of CITIC Securities, CITIC Securities is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CITIC Securities, and Qingdao Jinshi is a wholly-owned grandson company of CITIC Securities. Therefore, Xinshi Yuanying, Jinshi Zhiyu, CITIC Securities Investment and Qingdao Jinshi are all subjects controlled by CITIC Securities.

Xinshi Yuanying, Jinshi Zhiyu, CITIC Securities Investment and Qingdao Jinshi hold a total of 13.28% of the shares.

The general partners and executive partners of Tibet Hehe and Tianjin Qiaobin are both Lhasa Metasequoia Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Therefore, Tibet Hehe and Tianjin Qiaobin are both subjects controlled by Lhasa Metasequoia Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Tibet Hehe and Tianjin Qiaobin jointly hold 9.57% of the shares.

The controlling shareholders of Wuxi Maoye and Shenyang Maoye are shenzhen Maoye (Group) Co., Ltd. Wuxi Maoye and Shenyang Maoye collectively hold 1.94% of the shares.

The general partners and executive partners of Tibet Hehe and Tianjin Qiaobin are both Lhasa Metasequoia Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd.
