Heavy rainfall occurred in some parts of Heilongjiang Guangxi and other places: from 08:00 yesterday to 06:00 today, scattered heavy rain or torrential rain occurred in northern Heilongjiang, northeastern Jilin and Sichuan Basin, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, southern Guangdong, Hainan Island and other places, and heavy rainstorms (100-187 mm) occurred in Heilongjiang Daxinganling and Guangxi Baise, Hechi, Chongzuo, Fangchenggang and other local areas; Guangxi Hechi, Baise, Fangchenggang and other local areas of the maximum hourly rainfall of 70 to 112 mm; In central Shanxi, southern Shandong, northern Jiangsu, southern Sichuan, northeastern Yunnan and other parts of the region, there are 8 to 9, local thunderstorms and winds above 10 or above.
High temperature weather occurred in Huanghuai and parts of southern China: Yesterday, high temperature weather above 35 °C occurred in eastern North China, Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, north-central Jiangnan and Sichuan Basin, south-central Shaanxi and other places, Beijing, southern Anhui, south-central Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, western Hubei, Chongqing and other parts of the region 38 ~ 39 ° C, north-central Zhejiang, northern Chongqing and Hubei Shiyan and other local areas 40 ~ 41 ° C.

Strong precipitation occurred in India's Indochina Peninsula and other places: the Indian Peninsula, the eastern Part of the Indochina Peninsula, the Philippines, central Japan, central and eastern Russia, the eastern United States, Colombia, Ghana and other places experienced moderate to heavy rain, localized heavy rain, accompanied by thunderstorms and strong winds and other strong convective weather.
High temperatures above 35 °C in West Asia, Western Asia, Western Asia, South Central Japan, North Africa, Southern Europe, Western and South America, Northern and Eastern Mexico, Brazil and other places have a high temperature of more than 35 °C, of which the maximum daily temperature in western and southern United States, northern Mexico, Spain, southern France, Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, Arabia, Iraq, Kuwait, Iran and other places reaches 38 to 42 °C, and the local area exceeds 45 °C.

1. Domestic key weather
(1) There is strong precipitation in northeast China and other places
From the 6th to the 8th, there was moderate to heavy rain in the central and northeastern parts of Inner Mongolia, north China, northeast China and other places, including heavy rain in parts of northern Shaanxi, northern Shanxi, southern central Hebei, western and southern Tianjin, northern and eastern Shandong, and southern Liaoning. In addition, on the 6th, there was moderate to heavy rain in southwest Guizhou, most of Yunnan, southern Guangxi, western Guangdong and other places, and localized heavy rain. Some of the above areas are accompanied by strong convective weather such as short-term heavy precipitation, local thunderstorms, high winds or hail. The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning for strong convective weather at 06:00 on August 6.
(2) There are persistent high temperatures in places such as the Jianghan River and the Huaijiang River
In the next 10 days, there will be more hot weather in the north-central part of Jiangnan, Sichuan Basin, Jianghan, Jianghuai, southern Shaanxi, Henan, Southern Xinjiang Basin and Turpan. In addition, from 6 to 7 days, high temperature weather will occur in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Shandong, western Inner Mongolia, western Gansu, northern Ningxia and other places.
It is estimated that during the day on August 6, Beijing, south-central Hebei, most of Shaanxi, Henan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shanghai, Hubei, most of Hunan, most of Jiangxi, Zhejiang, most of Fujian, Sichuan Basin, Chongqing, western Inner Mongolia, north-central Ningxia, Xinjiang Turpan and eastern part of the Southern Xinjiang Basin will have a high temperature of 35 to 39 °C, of which the northern part of Chongqing, Xinjiang Turpan and other places can reach more than 40 °C (see Figure 1). The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a yellow warning of high temperature at 06:00 on August 6.

2. Key weather abroad
(1) High temperatures continued in West Asia, Central Asia, North Africa and other places
In the next three days, Central Asia, West Asia, Southern Western Europe, Southern Europe, West Africa, Northern Central Africa, North East Africa, South Central America, Eastern Mexico and other places will continue to have high temperatures above 35 °C, and the local maximum daily temperature can exceed 45 °C.
(2) There is strong precipitation in the western part of the Indian Far East and other places
In the next three days, there will be moderate to heavy rain and localized heavy rain in parts of central India, Bangladesh, Indochina Peninsula, Philippine Islands, Korean Peninsula, northern Japan, eastern Central Siberia, and western Far East; Central India has heavy rainstorms accompanied by strong convective weather such as thunderstorms and strong winds. In addition, there is moderate to heavy rain in the mid-west of Canada, the Labrador Peninsula, and the east-central United States, and localized heavy rain in the Great Lakes region and western Canada.
3. Specific forecasts for the next three days
From 08:00 on August 6 to 08:00 on August 7, there was moderate to heavy rain in parts of the Inner Mongolia Loop and parts of the east, western Jilin, northern Shaanxi, north-central North China, southern Southwest China, southwestern South China and Hainan Island, among which there was heavy rain or heavy rain (100 to 120 mm) in parts of the Inner Mongolia Loop, Western Jilin, Northern Shanxi, Central Hebei, Tianjin, Southern Yunnan, and Southern Guangxi. There are 4-6 winds in some parts of the Liaodong Peninsula (see Figure 2).

From 08:00 on August 7 to 08:00 on August 8, there was moderate to heavy rain in most parts of northeast China, northern Shaanxi, south-central North China, and southern Southwest China, among which heavy rain (50-80 mm) occurred in parts of northern Heilongjiang, western Jilin, southeastern Liaoning, south-central Hebei, and northern Shandong (see Figure 3).

From 08:00 on August 8 to 08:00 on August 9, there was moderate to heavy rain in parts of central Inner Mongolia, northern Shaanxi, most of North China, eastern Huanghuai, and southwestern Yunnan, of which there were heavy rains or heavy rainstorms (100 to 120 mm) in parts of northern Shaanxi, northern Shanxi, south-central Hebei, northern Shandong, and eastern Shandong (see Figure 4).

Fourth, influence and attention
1. Pay attention to the strong rainfall process in North China, Liaoning, Shandong and other places on the 6th and 8 days, and pay attention to the secondary disasters that may be caused by local heavy rainfall and the adverse impact on flood control in Liaoning and other places;
2. Pay attention to the adverse effects of continuous high temperature weather from the Sichuan Basin to the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, Xinjiang and other places on power supply, water resource allocation, human health and epidemic prevention and control;
3. Pay attention to the development and adverse effects of meteorological drought in Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei, Jiangxi, Zhejiang and other places, and pay attention to preventing fires in urban and forest areas;
4. Pay attention to the development of tropical systems in the South China Sea in the future.
