Starting next week, the Evolution of Life series will be launched! However, before introducing this series of courses, please allow me to introduce the "Science Open Class" to the new friends.
"Open Science Class" is a series of programs created by the Science Communication Bureau of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education. The first season has been broadcast on January 25 this year, and 10 big coffee scientists have provided interesting popular science content for everyone.
This season (season 2) has been broadcast on all major platforms every Wednesday to Saturday from 8 pm from July 20th!

Adhering to the spirit of "disseminating scientific ideas and cultivating scientific interest", "Science Open Class" is a set of online science popularization courses for teenagers to focus on creating during the winter and summer vacations under the background of "double reduction" by the Bureau of Science Communication of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education, starting from the extracurricular education of primary and secondary schools, in order to meet the popular science needs of primary and secondary school students and cultivate students' comprehensive quality.
In a way that primary and secondary school students can understand and are willing to listen, the curriculum popularizes basic scientific knowledge, disseminates scientific ideas, and cultivates curiosity. As a useful supplement to the school-based teaching system, it aims to stimulate scientific interest, carry forward the spirit of science, and improve the quality of science. At the same time, we strive to provide more teaching materials for primary and secondary school science teachers and serve the whole process of science education.
