Jiangmen City "2.8" smuggling frozen products project
On February 8, the Jiangmen Municipal Public Security Bureau, in conjunction with the Jiangmen Coast Guard, arrested seven smuggling suspects in Yanan, Xinhui District, seized 6 vehicles involved in the case, and seized about 120 tons of smuggled frozen goods. After following the line, on February 9, 1 engineering vessel involved in the case was seized in the waters bordering Taishan City and Yangjiang City, and 5 suspects involved in the case were arrested. In Haifeng County, Shanwei City, Chen Mouzhong, who was responsible for receiving frozen products, and Chen Moujian, the manager of the cold storage of frozen products, were arrested, and 9.5 tons of smuggled frozen products stored in the cold storage involved in the case were seized.
After investigation, the gang has smuggled more than 220 tons of frozen products since February 3, and the amount involved is about 10 million yuan. A total of 14 criminal suspects including Guo Mouwu were arrested in this case, and about 129.5 tons of smuggled frozen goods were seized.

Zhanjiang "3.10" gang smuggling frozen products case
On March 10, the Zhanjiang Municipal Public Security Bureau, together with the Zhanjiang Customs Anti-Smuggling Bureau and the Zhanjiang Coast Guard Bureau, successfully smashed the smuggling criminal gang headed by Zhou Mouwen, seizing 1,500 pieces of frozen goods (frozen pig's feet) suspected of smuggling (about 30 tons, with a value of about 5 million yuan), 1 million yuan in cash, 26 vehicles suspected of transporting smuggled goods, and a batch of documents.
After investigation, the smuggling criminal gang headed by Zhou Mouwen used "Dafei" to load frozen goods from Vietnam and smuggle them along the Beibu Gulf to docks in Leizhou and other non-customs areas, load the goods and transport them to the transit point in Huazhou to change the packaging, and then transport them to Chengdu and other places for sale for profit. After investigation, the gang smuggled about 300 tons of frozen goods, and the case value was about 50 million yuan.

Yangjiang City "6.04" smuggling frozen products project
In the early morning of June 29, the Yangjiang Municipal Public Security Bureau carried out a network collection operation in Jiangcheng District, Yangdong District and other places in Yangjiang City, successfully cracked Lin Mouen's smuggling criminal gang, arrested 10 suspects involved in the case, seized 6 "Dafei", 2 oyster boats, 8 vehicles, 7.8 tons of frozen products, and more than 30,000 yuan in cash. After investigation, since 2021, the smuggling gang has repeatedly smuggled frozen goods in western Guangdong, using "Dafei" to load frozen goods from abroad and smuggle them to the Pearl River Delta, west Guangdong and other places where non-customs docks are unloaded and landed, and transported by land to Maoming and other places, and the initial value of the case is about 10 million yuan.

Jieyang City "6.16" smuggling frozen products project
On June 16, according to the intelligence clues of the "double anti" office in Guangdong Province, the "double anti" joint command of Jieyang City quickly organized the police force of the municipal public security bureau's anti-smuggling detachment to rush to the target sea area, jointly with the Jieyang Coast Guard Bureau to carry out investigation and seizure work, and successfully stopped the suspect cargo ship in the Huilai sea at 21:34.
After boarding and inspection, the steel cargo ship carried frozen products without any legal documents, arrested 3 criminal suspects such as Mai Mouwen at the scene, and seized 321.94 tons of frozen products (49.235 tons of tripe, 25.835 tons of blinds, 119.74 tons of plate tendons, 101.85 tons of beef, and 25.28 tons of beef brisket), with a total value of about 20 million yuan.

Zhongshan City "4.19" smuggling frozen products project
In May, October 2021 and February 2022, the Zhongshan Municipal Public Security Bureau carried out three special centralized network collection operations in Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Shunde, Nansha, Zhaoqing, Guangxi Beihai, Qinzhou and other places, arrested a total of 43 criminal suspects, successfully smashed the criminal gang headed by Liang Mouhua and others smuggling frozen products, and seized about 143 tons of frozen pork belly, frozen chicken claws and frozen chicken wings suspected of smuggling.
After investigation, since 2021, the smuggling gang has repeatedly organized personnel to use "big flying" to smuggle frozen goods from the open waters of Hong Kong Airport to land at the black wharf in Zhongshan, Nansha and other places, and then organize trucks to be sent to distribution centers, and use refrigerated trucks to transfer them to the hands of "cargo owners" in China.

Foshan "Hurricane 140" smuggling frozen products series case
On April 12, 2021, the Foshan Municipal Public Security Bureau and the Guangzhou Customs Anti-Smuggling Bureau formed a special team to seize a container ship in the Sanshan waters of the South China Sea in Chencunyong, on board 33 containers loaded with about 937.8 tons of frozen goods without any import and export certificates, including pig ears, chicken feet, cattle blinds, etc. from Brazil, Spain and other countries, and arrested 3 criminal suspects. On May 5 of the same year, the special case team once again seized a cargo ship in the waters of Pingzhou Sanshan, on board 30 containers loaded with about 821 tons of suspected smuggled frozen goods, and arrested 3 criminal suspects.
After investigation, the above two cases were committed by the same gang, smuggling more than 5,000 tons of goods.
