Yang Chaohong is a Taiwan compatriot, his ancestors came from Nan'an, Quanzhou, Fujian Province, and settled in southern Taiwan with a fleet of ships in the late Ming Dynasty, where he has been in Taiwan for thirteen generations. He is the founder of Chuangpai Manyi Culture Media Co., Ltd., a bachelor's degree in industrial design from National Cheng Kung University in Taiwan, an intermediate bridge between designers and cultural exchanges between the two sides of the strait, a life explorer, the operation officer of Longwei Taiwan Youth Entrepreneurship and Employment Base on Zhongshan Road, a director of Straits Zhenhua Industrial Development Co., Ltd., a vice chairman of the Youth Committee of Xiamen Taiwan Businessmen Association, and a director of the Hong Kong-Taiwan Youth Creative Association. and other multiple identities. When it comes to Yang Chaohong's fate with design, it is necessary to look back at childhood. Yang Chaohong's father is a construction engineer, so he grew up in such an environment, when other children of the same age are still playing with toys, Yang Chaohong's attention has been attracted by design, his toy is a set of building blocks made by his father, talent and love, for Yang Chaohong to become a designer planted a small seed. In addition, in his free time, Yang Chaohong accompanied his father to the construction site to see the construction site and various large machines at close range, and Yang Chaohong's interest in architectural design and engineering also began at that time. Next door to Yang Chaohong's house is his father's office, and watching the designers busily draw pictures, the seeds of dreams begin to sprout.
Yang Chaohong's uncle is an electronic engineer, when he was a child, the radio and electrical appliances were broken by his uncle to dismantle and repair, welding and connecting the electricity and other processes made Yang Chaohong very curious. Such a growth environment has made Yang Chaohong full of interest in design and architecture since he was a child, and the books at home are also the architect's albums, works collections, albums of foreign museums and so on. Now that he has achieved success, he is very grateful for the enlightenment environment when he was a child, he mentioned that the environment has an important impact on human development, and the love in his bones and the addition of the environment made Yang Chaohong resolutely choose the path of designer when he grew up. Of course, it is undeniable that Yang Chaohong believes that design also needs talent. Because design is a widely used industry, including industrial design, graphic design, advertising design, and even floral design, some of these abilities need to be cultivated, such as drawing engineering drawings. But in general, there is still a need for talent, the so-called talent, the more important ability is the ability to observe and integrate, to find the relationship and context in the observation of things, and to find feasible solutions to solve the problems in mind, but the presentation of tools still needs to be cultivated, and constantly honed in practice.
A strait that affects both sides of the strait, has been connected by blood for thousands of years, and will not be separated by distance. Yang Chaohong has been engaged in the design industry for more than 20 years. In 2014, he came to the mainland from Taiwan, although he has established a product design and Internet integration marketing company in Taiwan for many years, but Yang Chaohong always wants to contribute to cross-strait exchanges, so he went to the mainland to investigate and start a business. Although Yang Chaohong's involvement in the mainland is relatively late in terms of design business work, Fujian is the first home of Taiwan compatriots, and there are many policy support and preferential treatment for Taiwan compatriots. After many investigations, Yang Chaohong believed that Xiamen's living environment and living habits were similar to those of Taiwan, and the climate was similar, so he decided to land in Xiamen. In 2015, in the mass entrepreneurship innovation boom, Taiwan's youth entrepreneurship policy was proposed, and Yang Chaohong was just in time to enjoy the first batch of policy support. Yang Chaohong's undergraduate study is industrial design, and later cross-border operation of e-commerce, which belongs to the category of Internet marketing, while the Internet environment in Taiwan and the mainland is very different, and the second entrepreneurship in the mainland also has a kind of enthusiasm and passion for himself to return to the initial entrepreneurship.
The inseparable blood vein is connected, and the unhindered affection is deep, and the bridge is erected, connecting the two sides of the strait, so that this deep friendship blooms on both sides of the strait. Although the wide, wide, narrow strait separates Taiwan from the mainland, and we are separated by two places, the flesh-and-blood ties between the two sides of the strait have always maintained a sense of national identity. After several years of landing experience, after the company's operation became more stable, Yang Chaohong wanted to share this experience with more Taiwan youth, established longwei Taiwan youth entrepreneurship and employment base in 2019, and participated in the work of the youth committee of the Xiamen Taiwan Businessmen Association in 2020, all in order to inherit the care he received from his predecessors and integrate resources to serve more young people on both sides of the strait.
Take the small thought design in the details, and see the ingenuity of the small and the big

The spirit of entrepreneurs is admirable, not only because this spirit is just and great, but also because entrepreneurship is not smooth sailing. The entrepreneurial spirit is that he has traveled through thousands of mountains and rivers, will still wade through mountains and rivers, and strive to show the spirit of not being afraid of difficulties. As long as the footsteps do not stop and the struggle does not stop, entrepreneurs will have no difficulties that cannot be overcome, and there is no miracle that cannot be created. Yang Chaohong believes that the core spirit of entrepreneurs is to "solve problems"!

When Yang Chaohong first came to the mainland, he found that the focus of the design on the mainland and Taiwan was not the same, and the design in Taiwan paid more attention to the cultural connotation and the details of construction, while the mainland paid more attention to the rapid and atmospheric display of the whole result. When he first started to do the design, he was not able to adapt to such a rhythm and suffered a lot, but this also made Yang Chaohong tell himself that he should be more grounded, communicate and understand, and gradually gain a foothold in the mainland in such a series of groping and rolling. At present, the problem encountered by the team is about the difference between the cross-strait systems, and the company is currently deepening its understanding of the operation of the current social system, giving full play to the advantages of the introduction of the compatriots, and doing a good job in cross-strait integration and co-construction. Because many cases are not only the strength of Taiwan compatriots, but also the design team, combined with local entrepreneurs, government units, and various cooperation teams, operators... And so on, so that you can play to your full advantage. The design teams on both sides of the strait will not only have differences in concepts and styles of behavior, but the team will also grow in the process of adapting to the run-in. Yang Chaohong not only aims to be in the four directions, but also continues to enrich his own and his team's insights.
Yang Chaohong said seriously: "There is a wonderful thing about design, it must be a combination of interest, work, and life." Indeed, many people who do not understand will feel that designers must talk about design at every turn, and they must be in a working state at any time in their daily lives. In fact, for designers, design originates from life, and it is necessary to use keen insight in life to discover small things that are insignificant but inspiring. For example, there are many grandparents in Xiamen Zhongshan Road Old Street who are still in an old-fashioned way of life, their lives are full of many "small thoughts", a small bracket next to the bicycle to put umbrellas or crutches, dry clothes with simple tools around to make a clothes drying pole, etc., this is the spirit of design, he called it "plain design". In fact, everyone is a designer, Yang Chaohong said that designers are not just doing some big cases, life is inseparable from design, but also inseparable from cultural creation, which is the natural presentation of life, culture, it is hidden in it. Everyone can have a spirit of ingenuity, or it can be said that "each of us is a bead, although the size is different, the color is different." But the spirit of ingenuity is like a thin, invisible filament stringing people together. "The so-called ingenuity is the attitude of focusing on life and loving life, not being ambitious, concentrating on research and repeatedly honing in the circle in which you are located, in order to achieve the state of extreme refinement." They may be interested in their ingenuity, or they may be just a habit, but they all carry the cultural temperature of this country. This is also his deep feeling after co-organizing several "Fujian-Taiwan Craftsmen's Conference" and communicating with the craftsmen and teachers.
Yang Chaohong came to Xiamen, an exhibition-type city, and every year there are various exhibitions such as cultural fairs and tea fairs, as well as a large number of activities to promote cross-strait exchanges. With the change of time, Zhongshan Road in Xiamen has the imprint of alternating old and new. Yang Chaohong has done many cases in space design, old street improvement, environmental transformation and other aspects here. For Yang Chaohong and the team stationed in the Taiwan Youth Entrepreneurship Base, they want to hold more cultural exchange activities and intangible cultural heritage exhibitions in Xiamen, Fuzhou, and even all over the country, and the past few sessions of the Fujian-Taiwan Craftsmen's Conference, like a root-seeking ceremony, there are many craftsmen and teachers and predecessors from both sides of the strait who bring their crafts and products to share and communicate with everyone, including many intangible cultural heritage. The blood of culture is clustered in the vast history, and the estrangement is fused into warmth. With the curatorial style, coupled with cultural markets and handicraft workshops, today we can better inherit and nurture the next generation of culture, not only with the help of scenes and objects that can be seen and touched, but also closer to people's lives.
Holding the beans to raise the cluster fire, cultural and creative ingenuity to revitalize the countryside

In the construction stage of the infrastructure in previous years, the environment of many rural areas has been improved, but the characteristics are not prominent enough and the attraction is weak. Compared with the surrounding villages and towns, what attracts tourists? Is it culture, is it the scenery, is it the story? This has a lot to do with design and planning, how to consider regional linkage? How does a single point highlight the features? Of course, rural revitalization also includes homestays, cultural tourism projects, agricultural planting and so on. Yang Chaohong and his team have also undertaken many cases and done a lot of design and planning work. He said sincerely: "A lot of history, culture, and intangible cultural heritage are hidden in villages, and building beautiful villages is like digging up treasures." "Now Yang Chaohong's team is mainly doing rural revitalization cases in Fujian and the IP of village products and personnel and properties.
