Following the footsteps of the person in charge of the base, the reporter came to the nursery room, only to see that the villagers were screening the newly born turtle fry.
"These turtle eggs are collected and sent to the hatchery, and after 45 days of incubation, they are sent to the nursery greenhouse, and then after about ten months of growing into large seedlings, they are sent to the outer pond for intensive rearing." The head of the base told reporters.
This group of cute little turtles grows from an eggshell fry to a pound or so of small turtles, and then releases them into the outer pond to rewire, and then returns to nature through the large pond.
In recent years, the local turtle and turtle industry cluster area with Taihe Town as the core has been established, and the breeding method of the parent cultivation of turtles and turtles in the outer pond is the mainstay. It is mainly promoted as a new model of modern fishery integrating the parent breeding of turtles and turtles, egg hatching, seedling cultivation, greenhouse "two-stage method" seedling breeding, ecological breeding of commercial turtles and turtles in outer ponds, and parent breeding of reserve turtles and turtles.
