So, where did this oracle come from, and is it true or false? This requires telling the story of Sheng Xuanhuai, the "father of Chinese industry".
Father of industry, enfeoffed island
The name Sheng Xuanhuai may not be familiar to everyone, but when it comes to the "foreign affairs movement", people may have an impression. The Western Affairs Movement was a series of innovative movements launched by the Qing government in order to introduce Western technology, and Sheng Xuanhuai was one of the representative figures.
Sheng Xuanhuai's family was well-off, and his father, Sheng Kang, was a not small official in the middle of the dynasty, so Sheng Xuanhuai had been reading scriptures since he was a child, but unfortunately, his talent in the examination was not good, and he failed to make the list in three consecutive county examinations.

Sheng Xuanhuai thus became a famous industrialist and philanthropist at that time, organizing many donation activities and carrying out various disaster relief campaigns, including a charity called "Guangrentang".
Guangrentang's business scope is very wide, including fundraising, disaster relief, and treatment of diseases and people, Guangrentang's treatment business also laid the groundwork for the subsequent connection between Sheng Xuanhuai and Cixi.

Cixi Dayue immediately found Sheng Xuanhuai, the steward of Guangren Hall, and first praised a few words, and then asked: Where did this Fangzi's medicinal materials come from? Why do they have different effects?
Sheng Xuanhuai replied: The medicinal herbs used in this party are taken from the sea hibiscus on the Diaoyu Island on the small island of the East China Sea, which has the function of curing all diseases and has a miraculous effect on rheumatism.
After listening, Cixi smiled and decided to give the Diaoyu Island to Sheng Xuanhuai, hoping that he could collect medicine on the island for generations, so he had the oracle in Xu Yi's hand, of course, whether all this was true or not we still don't know.
According to the feudal rules at that time, if Cixi really issued this edict, then the Diaoyu Islands should indeed belong to Sheng Xuanhuai, after all, the Diaoyu Islands were the territory of the Qing government, and they could give them to whomever they wanted.
In desperation, the Western countries invaded, and the Qing government was defeated by Japan in the Sino-Japanese War, and the Diaoyu Islands were ruthlessly dispossessed, and after several decades, they were returned because of Japan's defeat.
So during this period, how did Sheng Xuanhuai act?
Sheng Xuanhuai died in 1916, and later generations also praised him as an industrialist and philanthropist, and Mr. Lu Xun angrily called him a traitor.
Sheng Xuanhuai had many children under his knees, but some died young, and some did not do their jobs, so the family wealth he left behind was quickly destroyed.
In the end, the property was inherited by Sheng Xuanhuai's fourth son, Sheng Enyi, but as mentioned earlier, Sheng Enyi was completely a loser, plus he himself had no ability, so he quickly destroyed the family property.
Speaking of Sheng Enyi's personal relationship, he married in his early years because he had some family property in his hands, and he also had many heirs, but his children left after his bankruptcy.
Sheng Yuzhen is a daughter of Sheng Enyi, who was adopted by him in early years to a friend surnamed Xu in Taiwan. Sheng Yuzhen developed well and already had a lot of savings in Taiwan, so Sheng Enyi wrote to Sheng Yuzhen.
Sheng Enyi said that he passed on the Diaoyu Island Oracle inherited from his father Sheng Xuanhuai to Sheng Yuzhen, hoping that the two could get back together, and Sheng Enyi's purpose was very clear - he hoped that his daughter could support herself.
After all, the father and daughter were together, so Sheng Yuzhen agreed, so it was passed around, and this Cixi handbook was passed to Sheng Yuzhen.

Then, according to the previous article, since the oracle passed into sheng Yuzhen's hands, why was Xu Yi able to get this oracle?
It turned out that Xu Yi and Sheng Yuzhen were actually the same person. After Sheng Enyi passed it on to a friend surnamed Xu in Taiwan, Sheng Yuzhen changed his name to Xu Yi with his surname Xu.

After determining Xu Yi's heir, a new question arises – is this oracle authentic and valid?
First of all, if this oracle is true, can Xu Yi get the ownership of the Diaoyu Islands? The answer, of course, is no doubt no.
This handwriting was written by Cixi in the late Qing Dynasty, when China was still a feudal society, "the whole world can not be the king's land", the land is Cixi's, she wants to give to whomever she wants, but the times have changed.
At that time, China was already a socialist democracy, and the land no longer belonged to individuals, let alone such an important island as the Diaoyu Dao, so even if this oracle was true, Xu Yi could not get the ownership of the Diaoyu Islands at all.

The statement of Sheng Yudu, another descendant of the Sheng family, is also very different from what Xu Yi said.
According to Sheng Yudu, it was actually Sheng Xuanhuai who had been hinted at by the eunuch before treating Cixi' illness: he hoped that Sheng Xuanhuai would give them a little benefit, so that Cixi could give him the Diaoyu Island.
Of course, this was obviously a trick of the eunuchs to deceive the benefits, and Sheng Xuanhuai, who knew that he did not want to cause trouble, gave them some money, and these eunuchs really gave Sheng Xuanhuai an edict, but Sheng Xuanhuai himself knew that it was fake.
If what Sheng Yudu said was true, then the oracle in Xu Yi's hand was likely to be a fake edict, and the real edict would not be useful, let alone a fake oracle.
In fact, the evidence and stories presented by Xu Yi are only an episode in this hearing, and people have not taken it seriously.
However, judging from the stories told by Xu Yi and Sheng Yudu, at least it can be shown that the Diaoyu Islands really belong to China, and the ancient times were, are, and will be.
