On June 30th, Shangzhai Town held the awarding ceremony of the "50 Years of Glory in the Party" commemorative medal. Wang Lijun, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and director of the organization department, attended the ceremony. Tian Fang, vice chairman of the CPPCC county committee, secretary of the party committee of Shangzhai Town and all staff and workers, winners of the "50 Years of Glory in the Party" commemorative medal, and secretaries of party branches of various villages in Shangzhai Town attended the ceremony.
The ceremony began with the majestic sound of the national anthem.
At the ceremony, the winners of the "Glory in the Party for 50 Years" medal wore glorious ribbons and accepted the honor with great vigor. Wang Lijun, Tian Fang, and others presented medals to veteran party members.
Wang Lijun stressed: First, we must vigorously carry forward the glorious traditions and fine character of veteran party members and pass on this spiritual wealth from generation to generation. Second, we must profoundly understand the party's ideological transmission and strive to achieve the unity of knowledge and action. Third, we must take the initiative to take action and make new achievements in the new era with new deeds. Wang Lijun said that on the occasion of the 101st anniversary of the founding of the party, the commemorative medal of "50 Years of Glory in the Party" was awarded, which fully demonstrated the concern of the Party Central Committee for the vast number of veteran party members and comrades.
