In the early morning of July 23, 1943, more than 200 Japanese puppet troops sneaked into the village of Fengziling in Nanshan. In order to cover the transfer of the masses, the 30th Regiment of the Second Military Subdistrict of the Taihang Military Region, where the predecessor of the brigade's "Ma Dingfu Model Company for Loving the People" was located, waged a bloody battle with the enemy under the command of the then political commissar Ma Dingfu. In the end, the masses were safely transferred without any casualties, but Commissar Ma was unfortunately shot and killed, and he used his life to fulfill his oath.
In the brigade, there are many heroes like Ma Dingfu, Zhang Yubao, Guo Yugui, Jin Xiaorui... The names and oaths of revolutionary predecessors shine brightly in the history of the brigade, and the revolutionary spirit in them is also passed on to the brigade for eternity.
