Hello everyone, I am Shushan Penman, it is a pleasure to share the article to everyone.

The much-anticipated sanxingdui archaeological stage results have finally come out again. This time, the live broadcast method is adopted, so that we can feel the excitement and pleasure of archaeology immersively, and we do not lose the XX notes of the three uncles of the southern sect, hoping that CCTV will continue to carry forward.

Of course, Sanxingdui did not disappoint us, and a large number of newly unearthed cultural relics blinded our eyes. The strange and diverse shapes of the ancient Shu heavy weapon made the experts present call "do not understand", not only did not uncover the previous unsolved mystery, but added more new mysteries. Some cultural relics are even difficult to name, and I have to say: the brain holes of the ancient Shu people really want to "drive" our experts crazy.

Today, penman will take stock of those super "artifacts" unearthed by Sanxingdui in the past.

1. Bronze Sacred Tree.

This is the first batch of town-level national treasures unearthed from Sanxingdui. That is, the heavy objects excavated from the No. 1 and No. 2 sacrifice pits in the 1980s, including the Longmu Mask, the Da Li Ren, the Golden Scepter, etc., which established the cornerstone of the Sanxingdui culture.

2. Longitudinal mask. This is a symbolic artifact, its existence supports the historical record of the Silkworm Cong clan of the King of Shu, and its shape also amazes the world!

3, bronze Dali people, its existence to show people the lofty status of ancient Shu wizards, thus unveiling the mystery of the worship of ancient Shu witches.

4. The Golden Scepter. Its appearance is reminiscent of ancient Egypt and Babylon, which gave rise to the Sanxingdui culture in the West. However, it is not surprising that the penman does not eat this set, the culture is diverse, and there may also be overlaps. I was interested in the pattern on the scepter (one arrow through a bird and one fish) because it revealed the true identity of the Sanxingdui ruins– the Yu Dynasty.

5. Bronze altar. This is a bronze altar excavated from pit 2, and later another one was unearthed in pit 8. This altar shows the ancient Shu people's reverence for earthquakes and their worship of mountains and heavens. This also confirms the theory that the Silkworm Cong clan lives in the MinShan mountains of the seismic zone.

6. Sun wheel. Many people say that it shows the ancient Shu people's worship of the sun, but combined with prehistoric climate and geology, the result may be the opposite: the outer circle expresses the restriction on the sun, that is, the severe drought made the ancient Shu people afraid of the sun. The 9 birds on the bronze tree plus 1 sun confirm the legend of the Ten Days in the Central Plains in the same period, and the purpose of the Later Shooting Sun is to alleviate the drought.

The above is the treasure of the town museum when the Sanxingdui Museum was established. In 2020, the state restarted the excavation of Sanxingdui, that is, the artifacts excavated from pit 3-8 that we have seen in the past two years.

Pit 4 holds a bird statue. Its appearance seems to provide us with the answer to what the Great Liren is holding in his hand—the bird's head. However, before finding a bird's head that matches the Da liren, this conclusion should not be made too early.

Pit 3 bronze large mask. Famous for its large size, it has now become an Internet celebrity due to its appearance at the Spring Festival Gala in 2021.

Pit No. 8 is topped with a bronze statue of a snake. The head is round and the snake body clearly reflects the close exchange between ancient Shu and Central Plains cultures. The artifact is a fitting, assembled from pits 2 and 8, respectively. This shows that the ages of these two pits are the same, both at the end of the Shang Dynasty.

Pit Turtle No. 7 back mesh. The name is too awkward to say, and I hope to simplify it. It looks like a barbecue grill and a waffle, with a handle and dragon head decoration, and dragon worship has risen among the ancient Shu people.

No. 8 pits a portrait of a person with a skirt standing. What is different from the past is that there are now more hairstyles such as standing hair, known as "big back". The previous conjecture was that the Zhenfa people (represented by the Da Li people) and the braided hair people (represented by the golden-faced people) represented the two upper classes of Sanxingdui: the God Clan and the Royal Clan. Now that there is one more Lifa, our conjecture is untenable and we have to reinvent ourselves. You say that experts must not be "mad"?

Pit 8 bronze altar. This is another altar, which also has more Standing Hair People in it, and there is also a small bronze man with a back in the center. The little bronze man is not the point, the focus is on the léi. It is a typical artifact of the Central Plains, which is at the core of the ancient Shu people's sacrifice, what does it mean?

Pit 8 hollowed out bronze staff. The golden scepter barely explains the past, and now there are multiple bronze scepters, what is this bronze scepter symbolizing? It seems that there are more things for archaeologists? No wonder sanxingdui archaeological span is so long, every step is like walking on thin ice.

At present, the field archaeology of pits 7 and 8 has not yet been completed, and the remaining no. 3, 4, 5 and 6 pits have entered the laboratory archaeological stage.

Pit 5 has the highest gold content, and an axe-shaped gold object is slowly emerging, waiting for us to decipher it. In addition to gold, there is also jade, and pit 5 can be described as full of gold and jade.

Pit 8 also has a large number of mysterious artifacts that have not yet been unearthed, and it can be said that there are more surprise blind boxes waiting for us to open. Coupled with restoration work and academic papers, the archaeological road of Sanxingdui is really long.

Some people may wonder: Why did the ancient Shu people destroy so many artifacts and bury them in the pit? This is exactly what penman wants to share with you in the next issue: success is also three-star pile, and defeat is also three-star pile! I hope you will pay attention.
