Training bath steps:
1. First prepare a basin of sun-dried warm water, the water is warm and cool, the parrot is easy to catch a cold.
2. Find a very shallow small plate, too deep for the parrot to feel insecure.
3. Continue to play with the water with your fingers in front of the parrots, arouse their curiosity, and you need to continuously lure them into the water tray and play with you. Parrots are naturally curious, so as long as you keep playing with the water in front of them, you will definitely arouse the interest of the parrot.
If they are willing to enter the water tray and play with you, then you can gently sprinkle a little water on them with your hands, which will help eliminate the little parrot's fear of water. After many such trainings, I believe that your little parrot will love bathing.
If the above method does not work, then the second method can only be used.
Prepare a spray bottle for spraying flowers, the water in the bottle must be dried warm water, it is best to gently spray water to the small parrot in the cage during the warm noon period, the first two times do not spray too much, to be gradual.
When the parrots get used to the feeling of being shrouded in water mist, they will take the initiative to comb their feathers and bathe in the water mist.
After a few tries you can bathe your parrots in the first way, and when they are fully accustomed, you give them a tray of water in front of them, and they will go in and bathe in various positions.
