It is often said that the outer world is the projection of the inner. You feel that the world is ugly, which only shows that your heart is not transparent enough, and there are too many attachments and prejudices. The world seen by people with good hearts is also beautiful, and the world seen by people who are quiet in their hearts is harmonious, but on the contrary, they have a lot of troubles in their hearts, and they will certainly not like this world. I don't know when we started to cling to something, such as what other people say about ourselves, a big house, a famous car, or a rich other. From this moment on we have a lot of problems.
1. The mind is the root of everything
The same is half a glass of water, some people see hope, some people see despair. Everything is just because of different moods. This has been the case since the moment of human birth, because as the Buddhists say, all dharmas are created by the mind. A good heart must create a seed of goodness, and a disgusting heart must also create a seed of evil.
If you are at ease inside, then no matter what the situation, you can be carefree; If you are upset, even if you stay in the land of feng shui, you will feel very miserable. The "mind" is the root of the creation of all things, a thought of heaven, a thought of hell, your life is created by your own mind, there is a Buddha in your heart, and all you see is a Buddha.
Once read such a story. When Jiang Ziya and Shen Gongbao were studying art together in Kunlun Mountain, Master once gave each of them a strange book. What Jiang Ziya saw in the book was a splendid mountain and river, harmonious and beautiful. What Shen Gongbao saw in the book was cruelty and war. Through this story, it can be seen that good people will also feel that the world is beautiful, and people with fierce hearts will feel that the world is dark, and they will also plant the seeds of evil invisibly.
The past can't go back, the future can't come, all we have is the present moment, all people's worries and troubles can be purified by being aware of the present, the mind can create everything, if you want to be happy, let your heart become pure, if you want to get rid of many unsatisfactory, you go through your own mental nature. If you feel that the work is not satisfactory, then changing jobs cannot solve the problem, if you are not satisfied in love, then there is a good chance that you will still feel unsatisfactory when you change lovers. Because the root of everything is in the depths of your heart, all the people and things that make you miserable are here to help you ascend, and when you become harmonious within, then there will not be so much dissatisfaction.
2. The heart has changed, everything has changed.
Phases are born from the heart, and the environment changes with the heart. A person's situation will change with his heart, and the environment around him is just a reflection of his heart. If you want to be successful in life, you have to learn to look inside yourself. The mind goes with the flow, the suffering is unspeakable, and it is only when it follows the heart that it is comfortable. I have heard such a fable once. Once upon a time, a woman jumped into the river and was rescued by a boatman who was rowing in the river. The boatman asked her, why did you choose to commit suicide when you were so young? The woman told him that after two years of marriage, my husband abandoned me and the child fell ill and died. There was no point in her living in the world. So the boatman asked her again, two years ago, you had no husband, no children, free and carefree. Now you're just getting back to what you were two years ago. When the woman heard this, her heart lit up and she happily went ashore.
A large part of life's joys and sorrows are caused by mentality. A person who always thinks about happy things will become happy, always thinking about sad things, you will become depressed. The mind is dustless and self-assured, and troubles arise from the heart. Change yourself to change everything. There was a man who liked butterflies very much, so he bought a lot of tools to catch butterflies, and finally caught a lot of butterflies, but then he found that the butterflies were trapped in the net, and there was no beauty at all. This disappointed him. Another person loved butterflies so much that he planted a beautiful pot of potted plants by the window and sat quietly by the window sipping tea. He was very happy to see butterflies coming.
Try to look inward when you encounter difficulties and troubles, you change, everything changes. As long as you do yourself well, everything will be fine. If you bloom, the butterflies will come. If you are wonderful, the sky is at your own disposal.
3. The heart is wide and the sky is wide, and the heart is blessed and arrogant.
Let go of all troubles, the heart will naturally be full of security, naturally will be full of happiness. Material wealth is not true wealth, but inner wealth is the most precious. Life is short, there are many things to face, there is no need to care too much. The heart is one inch wide, and the road is ten feet wide. The heart is wider, the troubles will naturally be less, and life will be smoother and more harmonious.
There were two outstanding painters in the Qing Dynasty, one was Jin Dongxin and the other was Wang Zheng. Jin Dongxin's painting skills are superb, humble and tolerant, which makes people admire. But Wang Zheng was indeed very rude to Jin Dongxin. As long as you see his paintings, you will always speak out. Sometimes, even in crowded markets, Wang Zheng would point fingers at Kim Dong-sin's paintings. Kim Dong-sin was not angry about this. He just silently put away the painting and turned to go home. Once, a friend invited everyone to dinner, and Jin and Wang were among them. After three rounds of drinking, someone suggested writing a poem with the title of Willow Silk. Wang Zheng wanted to be the first, and he blurted out: "Flying willow flakes red." Everyone listened and was very shocked. Liu Shu was white, which was common sense, but Wang Zheng said such a sentence without common sense. As soon as the words came out, Wang Zheng immediately woke up, ashamed and embarrassed. At this time, Jin Dongxin said: "The sunset reflects the peach blossom ferry." In March, the peach blossom crossing, under the sunset, naturally turns red. This sentence cleverly echoes the artistic conception of Wang Zheng's poetry and further resolves Wang Zheng's embarrassment. Everyone praised him, and Wang Zheng was ashamed, so he never denigrated Jin Dongxin since then.
As a human being, the greater the heart, the greater the achievement, and a master once said: "It is a blessing to be carefree, and a broad heart is carefree, so a broad heart is a blessing." The heart is like a wide sea, and the blessings come unexpectedly. Everything is relaxed, life will be comfortable; Everything is relaxed, and life will be broad.
