The 22nd Macao Lotus Festival"
Will be from 10 to 19 June
Held in Taipa Dragon Ring Portuguese Rhyme.
The theme of this year's Lotus Festival is "Lotus Mist", which renders the beauty of lotus flowers through the water mist, bringing coolness to the summer of Macau.
The theme flower is a pale purple "small table red", with a long flowering period and a large density of flowers, and the flower type is a heavy table type bowl lotus with up to 100 petals.
In line with the theme of the Lotus Festival, a total of 5 special areas are set up at the Dragon Ring Portuguese Rhyme Exhibition Hall to present various beauties of lotus flowers through different scenes, and the spray effect is arranged throughout the exhibition hall day and night to enrich the public's viewing experience.

During the Lotus Festival, you can visit the Lotus Pond Wetland with an area of nearly 70,000 square meters in Longhuan, walk along the lotus bank of more than 1,000 meters, observe and understand the growth habits of lotus flowers at close range, and enjoy the beauty of lotus flowers and the scenery of lotus ponds.
To coincide with the Lotus Festival, ID organised a number of lotus-themed activities at different locations, including lotus culture graphic exhibition, lotus painting and calligraphy exhibition, immortal flower art exhibition, floral art talks and demonstrations, etc.; A number of lotus-related workshops are also set up for the public to participate in, as well as lotus parent-child flower art competitions and lotus photography competitions, which are rich and colorful.
In addition, more than 5,000 pots of lotus were placed on major streets, green belts, attractions and tourist attractions across Australia.
This summer, come and feel the lotus fragrance of Macau.
