4. The vineyards of D'Amayaque Castle are located in the Pauillac appellation and cover an area of 70 hectares, and the vines planted in the garden are planted with an average age of 46 years. The vineyard is managed according to the Médoc tradition, with each plot managed by a dedicated grower.

In the brewing workshop, the winemaking team will make different grape varieties from different plots, and the vinification method will be adjusted according to the different characteristics of each vintage.
