I. Hirosaki Castle

Located in Hirosaki Hirano, Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, Japan, also known as Takaoka Castle, it is a terrace-style Heiyama Castle with six castles: Honmaru, Nimaru, Sanmaru, Shimaru, Hokukō and Nishikaku. Construction began in 1603 by Hirosaki Domain Lord Tsukukasa Nobubu, and completed in 1611 by his son Tsusukukuni Maki, and remained the residence of the Lord of Hirosaki Domain during the Edo period.

Hirosaki Castle is a symbol of Hirosaki with a long history, its castle tower was originally a five-story structure when it was completed in 1611, burned down by lightning in 1627, and rebuilt again in 1810, it is one of the twelve existing castles in Japan, and the only surviving highly valuable artifact in the northeastern region of the country. In addition, there are three architectural relics in Hirosaki Castle, such as the Arrow Tower, the five gates, and the triple moat, all of which are designated as important cultural properties in Japan.

At present, Hirosaki Park has been renovated around Hirosaki Castle. With a total of 2,600 cherry blossoms planted in 50 species, the garden celebrates in late April, making it one of Japan's most famous cherry blossom viewing spots. The Hirosaki Cherry Blossom Festival is held every year from late April to early May, during which the park's illuminations are on until 11:00 p.m., giving visitors a fantastic night view of cherry blossoms.

II. Towada Hachimanpei National Guard

It is one of the most famous national parks in the tohoku region, spanning three prefectures in northeastern Japan, including Aomori, Iwate, and Akita Prefecture, and covers the main areas of the region, including Lake Towada, Oirase Valley, and Hachimantai Plateau.

Towada Hachimantai National Park covers an area of 854.09 square kilometers and was first designated as Towada National Park on February 1, 1936, and renamed Towada Hachimandaira National Park on July 10, 1956 due to the addition of the Hachimantai area. III. Mount Hakkoda

It is a group of volcanic mountains located south of Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture, in the northeastern region of Honshu, Japan, divided into two groups, north and south, including more than a dozen complex volcanoes and volcanic domes. Together with the surrounding Lake Towada and the Okirise River, it belongs to the management of Towada Hachimantai National Park and is a famous tourist attraction in the northeastern region of Japan.

The volcanic peaks of the Hachikoda Group are composed of non-alkaline bedrocks, most of which are Andesanite, Inganite, and Basalt. Although both the Northern and Southern groups of volcanoes formed in the Pleistocene, the rocks in the North Hachikoda Volcanic Group were formed about 13,000 to 700,000 years ago, while the Minami Hachikota Volcanic Group was formed between 700,000 and 1,700,000 years ago; Mt. Ōgaku is the highest peak of the Hachikoda Mountains, at an altitude of 1,585 meters, which can be reached on foot for 4 hours from the sour hot springs at the bottom of the mountain.

Mt. Hakkoda is one of the mountains in the "Japan Top 100 Mountains" catalogue and is also the most famous sightseeing spot in Aomori City, especially in winter, when the entire mountain range is covered with heavy snow, it becomes a paradise for alpine skiing, and is well received by ski enthusiasts at home and abroad.

IV. Mt. Iwaki

It is a layered dormant volcano located in Aomori Prefecture, with an altitude of 1625 meters above sea level, which can be seen from anywhere in the Tsugaru Plain, and is the highest peak in Aomori Prefecture. The summit of Mt. Iwagi consists of three peaks: Mt. Iwaiki, Mt. Torikai, and Mt. Yangei, of which Mt. Iwaki is a central volcanic hill located at the top of the lava dome, and Mt. Torikai and Mt. Yangei are part of Mt. Waiwa.

Mt. Iwaki is known as "Tsugaru Fuji" because of its beautiful gauze-like slopes and its conical shape that resembles Mt. Fuji. It is one of the 100 most famous mountains in Japan, and since ancient times it has been regarded as an object of worship on the hill, and there is a special Iwakisan Shrine on the top of the mountain; It is said that the shrine was first built in 780 and has been built and almsed by the Yozu-karatsu Clan.

In 1975, the mountain area where Iwaki Mountain is located was designated as Tsugaru Kokusai Park, becoming one of Aomori's most famous sightseeing spots, and visitors can reach the top directly through the elevator, or they can choose one of the six climbing routes carefully prepared by the staff for tourists to climb to the top and enjoy the panoramic view of Aomori.

5. Okuiri Sete

It is a small river located in the eastern part of Aomori Prefecture in northeastern Japan, with a total length of 67 kilometers, and is the only outflow river in Japan's third and deepest lake, Lake Towada. It meanders eastward through the cities of Towada, Rokunohe, Oirase, and Hachinohe, and finally into the Pacific Ocean, with a basin area of 820 square kilometers, providing irrigation resources not only for the coastal areas, but also for the Oirase Valley and numerous waterfalls.

The Okirise River flows from the mouth of The Son on the shore of Lake Towada to the Yoriyama area, forming the world-famous Okirise Valley. The water in the valley is ever-changing, jumping and dynamic, full of wild fun, and the deeper you go, the more shoals there are, the more fascinating, and the 14 major waterfalls represented by the Asura Stream and the Cloud Well Stream attract a large number of tourists every year.
