Zhou Pu, a researcher at the Frontier Interdisciplinary College of the National University of Defense Technology, led the members of the research group to achieve a breakthrough again after a period of "retreat" experiments, and their research results "low quantum loss fiber lasers" once again achieved a breakthrough.
At the end of 2021, this study was selected as the annual "Global Optical Important Progress" with a low quantum loss of 1%, and proposed an effective solution to solve the bottleneck of low quantum loss fiber laser output power improvement technology. In less than half a year, the technical indicators have once again achieved a breakthrough.
