At that time, Liu Liang had just finished surgery for an acute cyst and was in the recovery period. Because the square cabin hospital is temporarily rebuilt from a large exhibition hall, the internal corridor is intricate, and there are a large number of oxygen supply devices and inflammable and explosive materials such as alcohol in the square cabin hospital, which will be very dangerous once a fire occurs. In order to ensure that everything is safe, Liu Liang, shortly after the operation, carries painkillers and anti-inflammatory ointments to check hidden dangers day and night, and sleeps for about 4 hours a day, which is affectionately known as "the safest 'bottom card'".

At 1:50 a.m. on March 19, Liu Liang, who had finished a complicated day of work and was just preparing to rest, received a call from the anti-epidemic command headquarters asking them to assist the Hubei Provincial Aid-Kyrgyzstan Medical Team in building a negative pressure mobile nucleic acid testing laboratory. Starting from 2 a.m. on the same day, Liu Liang and the team members fought continuously for more than 7 hours, completing the task at the fastest speed, and the protective clothing was soaked.
"We built a total of 6 negative pressure mobile nucleic acid testing laboratories, each weighing about 1.2 tons, and the next morning at 9 o'clock in the morning, we all finished. The water droplets formed on the top of the screen dripped outward, and the thread, pants, autumn clothes, and autumn pants worn in the entire protective clothing were already sweaty. The box lunch arrived, but in order to be able to quickly set up the tent, we did not drink a mouthful of water and did not eat a bite of food, just to ensure that the next day's testing work could be carried out normally.
