两天前，市政府新闻发布会提出了周末居家休息的倡议，响应号召早晨出门做了核算之后便居家鼓捣午饭。

全家都爱吃红烧肉炖豆角，为了营养更加全面，又添加了海带和豆腐泡，大致制作过程是：五花肉切成小方块，放入淘米水反复搓洗、冲洗干净，因为是鲜肉不做焯水；炒锅放少许油，加入大约20粒冰糖，开小火满满熬制，用勺子不断搅拌直到出现大量白色泡沫，倒入洗好的五花肉炒制略微焦黄，加入葱姜、辣椒、大料、桂皮、白酒、料酒、老抽、腐乳汁炒出香味儿，加入开水小火慢炖30分钟，而后加入豆腐泡、海带丝和食盐，再炖15分钟，加入豆角，接着炖15分钟，大火收汁即可出锅享用了。配上大米饭吃的美美哒！

睡个午觉，傍晚出来在小区附近溜达溜达，看天空云卷云舒甚是漂亮，随手拍摄与友友们分享～
