When the Russian team surveyed the railway line in Uganda, more than a dozen staff members inexplicably appeared some bright red lip prints on their bodies, and then they vomited up and down. What is even more bizarre is that people with lip prints on their bodies will ejaculate every two hours, seeing that their lives are in danger and their lives are hanging in the balance. According to the local witch, the lip print is the jungle witch Willy, in order to punish those who disturb her soul, first left a lip print on the disturber as a mark, so that he could drain the "filth" and eventually become her delicacy. Strange statements make people shudder, what is the truth of the facts...
Confirm the legend
In April 2014, a team of 46 people from the Russian Far Eastern Railways, led by chief engineer Yurikin, went to uganda in East Africa to assist in the country's exploration and design of the 620-mile-long Uganda Railway. Strategically located, the railway connects the borders of Uganda and Kenya with Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, leading directly to the Indian Ocean.
After arriving at his destination, Yurikin discovered that the river ravines, swamps, and climate were completely a tropical jungle that could not be seen at a glance. This was undoubtedly good news for the team of experts from the cold zone, and Yurikin playfully shouted to the team behind him: "We must be very cool working in the shade!" "He took the lead and went into the jungle.
Before the work could begin, dozens of locals stopped the panel and prevented them from starting. Leading the way was a wrinkled witch with a painted white powder, hand-cranked bells, and a colorful costume. She told Yurikin through an interpreter that her name was Puanna and that she was the daughter of God. This dense forest is the soul dwelling of the female demon Viri, and anyone who disturbs Viri's soul will be severely punished, so please ask the expert group to get out of here quickly. Pu Anna also told Yurikin that the witch Verie was a famous local virgin witch hundreds of years ago, because of her youth and beauty, the king wanted to rob her as a concubine, but Willy swore to die and was killed by the king's guards in the dispute. Because Wei Li had not yet cultivated the right results, after death, she became a lone ghost and lived in this dense forest.
There are bold people who do not believe that such a legend has entered this old forest, but after they come out, they have many different lip prints on their faces, arms, and hands, and then they continue to excrete and drain sperm until they die. So now this dense forest is also known as "Willy Forest" by the locals and has become a forbidden place.
At this time, the local police arrived. After the police chased Puanna and the others away, Yurikin led the team to begin the exploration work. The team worked in the forest for a day and saw no more creatures except for a few three- or four-meter-long pythons. That evening, the group camped in the woods.
Strangely, the next morning, there were more than a dozen young team members with skin itchy, with their hands to scratch, the more scratched the more itchy, and finally the skin was scratched, and the bystanders found that the scratching place appeared a trace that resembled a woman's lip print. Yurikin hurriedly called the team doctor, but anti-inflammatory, antibiotic, scabies cream and even anti-allergy, the medicine that can be used has been used, and there is no way to stop the itch of the drill for the team members.
At noon that day, the dozen or so people actually had a high fever, and began to talk nonsense in their mouths, followed by vomiting up and down until they couldn't even lift their pants. What is even more difficult to say is that the dozen or so boys will involuntarily leak semen every hour or two, and they can't control it at all, and they are about to die.
The police captain in charge of the protection team told Yurikin: "I am a local, I know that anything strange can happen in The WillyRin, and I have heard and encountered such things more than once, so I must quickly rescue them, otherwise it will be too late." Although Yurikin did not believe that this was the female demon," but he really couldn't understand what was going on, he said with a bitter face: "These three team doctors are all experts, and you may not find a doctor of a higher level than them in Uganda." The captain said, "It seems that we only have dead horses as live horse doctors, hurry up and find Puanna, maybe she has a way." Led by the police captain, Yurikin had to take a generous gift on his scalp to find the witch Puanna.
Ask for help again and again
Puanna lived in a nearby village, probably on the generous gifts that Jurikin had brought, and she blamed a few words, asking Jurikin to return first, and she arrived later.
After a tea lamp, Puanna came to the site of the expert group, she burned incense, recited the sutra, and began to practice. Pu anna told Yurikin that it was indeed the expert group's exploration that annoyed the witch Verie. Puanna also said that since she and Villi were good friends in "Another World", Villi promised to look at her face this time and let the panel go. Puanna then took out a clay pot engraved with the fish head god and handed it to Yurikin, saying that it was a "magic potion" given to her by the witch Verie, and asked Yurikin to apply the plaster in the jar to the lips of the injured person. Before leaving, Puanna repeatedly told the expert group not to disturb the female demon Verie again, otherwise no one would be able to save their lives.
Yurikin asked the team doctor to open the clay pot, which contained a mud-shaped ointment that emitted a pungent smell. The team doctor suspiciously applied the ointment to the dozen or so team members, and they were surprised to find that after a while, the team members first stopped vomiting and diarrhea, and did not ejaculate again after two hours, and the lip prints on their bodies basically disappeared that night.
The next morning, a team member rushed to report to Yurikin, and found that another team member had lip prints on their bodies. Unable to do anything about it, Yurikin had to go and ask Puanna again. Pu anna said solemnly that you did not leave Virilin last night, which once again annoyed the female demon Viri, so Villi gave them a new punishment. After Yurikin's pleas and generous gifts again, Puanna promised to come back later.
This time Yurikin had a long heart, and he let the two young players secretly stare at Pu anna.
After seeing Yurijin leave, Puanna quietly went up the mountain carrying a clay pot, picked a few herbs on a cliff, and mashed it directly in the clay pot. Puanna then went down the hill and handed the medicine to the team doctor.
What Yurikin did not expect was that these few people had just been cured, and the dozen or so team members who had already recovered had actually fallen ill again, and the condition was more serious. He went to ask Puanna again, and this time, no matter how much Yurikin pleaded, Puanna ignored it: "Who made you repeatedly provoke the female demon Verie?" Even the immortals can't save them now, so you should hurry back and prepare for them! ”
With his life at stake, Yurikin had to ask for help at home. While waiting for the domestic doctors, three team members died in pain.
According to Yurikin's description of the team's condition, the country sent them 7 military medical experts, including Liszt, a professor of microbiology. Professor Liszt carried special tools such as microscopes and microbial analyzers, and after observation and analysis, he found that what caused the lip prints on the members of the expert group was a pink poison lice invisible to the naked eye, a microorganism that even Professor Liszt had never seen. Through experiments, Professor Liszt discovered that there was a special alkaloid in the herbal ointment in Puanna's medicine jar, and that lice were sensitive to this alkaloid, but this alkaloid could only produce an inhibition of the lice and could not eliminate them.
Yurikin, who was an old friend of Professor Liszt, said: "I am still skeptical of this result, because even if it is poison lice that plagues us, then why do we leave lip marks on the skin of the team members and let them die of ejaculation?" Could it really be that the female demon Willie is doing something wrong? ”
After careful observation and careful study of the data, Liszt finally discovered the mysteries that Yurikin said: "This poison lice only mix together when mating, usually like male and female to be separated, but not too far apart, so often the two groups of male and female are separated to sting on the skin of people, people feel the skin itching, and then reach out to scratch." But this microorganism bites very firmly on people's skin, and some even drill into people's skin along the sweat pores, so the more they scratch, the more itchy they are, until the skin is scratched, and the place where they are scratched is the male and female two groups of poison lice, which look like lip prints. ”
Yurikin asked, "Then why don't they sting me and the others?" Liszt said: "This is even less strange, just like some people like to attract mosquitoes, some people do not attract mosquitoes is a truth, people's blood types are different, for microorganisms, the taste is also different, they do not like the taste of your skin, so they did not bite you." ”
Yurikin felt that there was a certain truth to this: "How can they make the boys vomit up and down, especially the ejaculation and die?" Liszt said: "It's not difficult to explain, similar to some of the microbes I've studied before: male lice secrete a bacterium that resembles E. coli, which stimulates a person's digestive system, so people vomit and diarrhea." When I looked at female poison lice, I found that they secrete an enzyme whose molecular structure is very close to, but different, than phosphodiesterase. Phosphodiesterase is the main component of 'Viagra', it can stimulate people's sexual response, but also make people have sexual fantasies, and the boys vomit up and down diarrhea has been very weak, they can not control themselves, so ejaculation continues. Of course, in general, they are not so violent, and these need to be further studied. ”
Yurikin took it, but he wanted more than this: "Old friend, please find a way to punish this poisonous lice, otherwise it will affect the progress of my project!" ”
Expert decryption
Liszt brought dozens of the best antimicrobial drugs in the country, and he conducted experiments on the spot, and the results of the experiments stunned him: these poisonous lice would "die" when they touched these drugs, but after seven or eight hours, once the medicinal properties passed, they would come back to life, and it turned out to be suspended animation. How can this be solved?
That night, when Liszt was consulting the data through the satellite network, he inadvertently found in the database in 1970, British scientists had found a poison lice under the scales of the African python, and named this poisonous lice Kuka python, "KUKA" is the local vernacular "vampire", indicating that this python likes to suck blood.
Through online image comparison, Liszt discovered that it was the Kuka python that left the lip print. He patted his thigh: "Since poisonous lice parasitize on the python, then they must love to suck the blood of the python, which means that there are antibodies in the python's body, otherwise the python will not die?" Yurikin also understood: "No wonder we hardly see any other creatures in the old forest except for the pythons from time to time, it turns out that other creatures have been scared away by this poisonous lice!" He hurriedly asked people to catch pythons. With the help of local indigenous guides, they quickly caught a rock python more than four meters long from a large rock crevice.
Professor Liszt pried open a few of the python's scales, and sure enough, under the scales, he found a densely packed Kuka python lice. Professor Liszt then drew some blood from the python and put the python into the python's blood, trying to see if there were antibodies in the python's blood. Unexpectedly, the Kuka python in the python blood died quickly, which shows that the python does not usually survive by sucking python blood, in other words, python blood is not food but poison for poison lice, of course, there is no antibody.
Yurikin was also confused: "Since python blood can kill poisonous lice, why do poisonous lice parasitize the python's body?" Liszt also found it strange, because it obviously did not conform to the parasitic laws of parasites. Besides, if poison lice don't suck the blood of giant pythons, how do they survive?
Early the next morning, Professor Liszt was awakened by the buzzing outside the window, and when he looked out through the window screen, he saw that the bag containing the python was densely packed with things, and he hurried out of the tent in curiosity.
Who knew that he had just walked up to the python, only listened to the sound of "buzzing", flew up hundreds of small animals from the bag, and looked closely, it was a hummingbird that was not much bigger than the bee, they had already pecked the python out of the blood, but why did they peck the python? After liszt carefully observed, his eyes lit up, and he quickly shouted to the tent: "Euregin, come out, I know what is going on!" ”
Lister told Yurikin that the Kuka python did not live by sucking the blood of giant pythons, but by sucking the blood of hummingbirds, which also feed on poisonous lice. In other words, poison lice were not originally parasites on pythons, but parasites on hummingbirds. Because pythons move slowly, animals need to peck out a little blood from their bodies to attract prey, and hummingbirds feed on poisonous lice, and they don't know when they find poisonous lice on the python, so they pounce on it and peck, resulting in the python pecking blood. That is to say, it is hummingbirds that "infect" poisonous lice to the python's body, and because poisonous lice are parasites on hummingbirds, hummingbirds are likely to have this antibody.
After Yurikin caught a few hummingbirds, Professor Lister plucked a bird feather and put it under the microscope, only to see that it was indeed crawling with poisonous lice, and a large number of poisonous lice carcasses were found in the hummingbird's feces. After chemical analysis, antibodies to the poisonous lice were found in the hummingbird's saliva.
Lister soon broke down the drug that had a special effect on the lice through the antibodies on hummingbirds, and the various legends about "Verillin" were not broken.
