由westbank开发，隈研吾建筑事务所设计的公园栖居(Park Habitat)是圣何塞改造项目的一部分，近期开始突破动工。设计试图模糊自然与办公的界限，玻璃与木质外墙上覆盖着藤蔓和花盆，其核心打造了一个垂直绿化中庭，仿佛会呼吸的“绿肺”。

BLSI shares | Kengo Kuma: The "green lung" of Silicon Valley that breathes 超大的垂直庭院仿若建筑的“绿肺”，创造“24小时循环的建筑吸气和呼气”：白天，“绿肺”将光线与通风深入带到建筑的每一层室内空间；夜晚，可开的窗户和“绿肺”的压差让建筑在夜间自我清洁，将热量排出，提高室内空气质量和舒适程度。
