On April 28, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs issued Announcement No. 553, which showed that according to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Registration and Administration of Imported Feed and Feed Additives, 104 kinds of feed and feed additive products produced by 60 companies were approved to register or renew registration in the mainland, and the import registration certificate was approved.
Previously, on February 21, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs had approved 69 new or renewed imported pet foods to enter China, including ZEAL, Icener, Ederson and other products;
On March 25, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs approved 62 new or renewed imported pet foods to enter China, including Meishi, Tefu, and Eager Alkana.
In this announcement, a total of 33 SKUs of feed and feed additive products involving pets have been added, including 14 new SKUs for imported cat food; 12 SKUs for imported dog food; 7 SKUs for single feed/feed additives for cats and dogs; 1 SKU for imported cat and dog single feed/feed additives; and 5 SKU cat food products and 9 SKU dog food products for trade name changes.
