Local people said that in order to make the drainage in the town of Mimia smoother, the township development bureau built a new drainage ditch. Unexpectedly, within a week of the completion of the new ditch, there were collapses and damage in many places.

A citizen complained that no one took care of it, and the construction team did not do a good job when it was building.
