Process: APP (Healthy Beijing) or Telephone Appointment - > Bring your ID card (Jinghu) or residence permit (non-Beijing household) to the street to collect the "National Free Pre-Pregnancy Eugenics Health Examination Service Card" - > To the appointment time to take these documents to do the examination - > 3-5 days out of the results, the husband and wife can go together to listen to the results of the report in detail.

Required Documents:

1. Identity card (Kyodo) or residence permit (non-Kyodo)

2. National Free Pre-Pregnancy Eugenic Health Examination Service Card

Examination precautions, such as fasting, C13 examination precautions, etc., can be inquired online or consulted with local women and children. In addition to the free inspection items, you can also increase the inspection items on the spot at your own expense.

Of course, pre-pregnancy examination can also go to the hospital outpatient clinic to prescribe a single examination, different hospitals may prescribe different examinations, for specific examination items, some doctors will prescribe medical insurance, and some do not take medical insurance. I have a friend who went to the hospital to do the examination, at that time some of the woman's examinations such as B ultrasound, the doctor said that you can take the medical insurance to open the medical insurance within the examination form. So if you go to the hospital to prescribe a check-up, you can bring your medical insurance card.

Maternal and Child Health Handbook

From pregnancy to pregnancy before pregnancy The main thing to pay attention to is to eat folic acid (men can also eat)

The first thing you do when you learn about a pregnancy is to get a mother-child health manual

Location: Community Health Service Center

Time point: after 6 weeks of pregnancy can go to process (generally found that pregnancy is also about this time point, the calculation time of pregnancy week is calculated from the end of the last menstrual period)

Required documents: (The following is the requirements of the community hospital where I am located, there may be differences between different communities, subject to the local community consultation)

• Hukou booklet: Beijing hukou with Beijing hukou, pregnant woman hukou booklet + residence permit for foreign hukou (different community requirements are slightly different, it is best for both husband and wife to hold the hukou book)
• Identity card: Identity card of both husband and wife
• Pregnancy certificate: Usually a B ultrasound certificate, but there are also communities that can use hematuria/pregnancy tests

Process: Take the above materials and go directly to the community on weekdays, generally asked to go in the morning. After the registration of the information, the Maternal and Child Health Handbook (pink booklet) and the Child Health Record (a small blue booklet) are distributed. These two small books must be kept well, and will be used for subsequent production and postpartum baby examinations. In addition to these two things, a sufficient amount of folic acid tablets is usually distributed free of charge.

Hospital filing materials

Archiving materials may not be the same for each local hospital

But several hospitals I checked these materials are necessary:

1. The hospital's medical card, because the obstetric department has to pay for itself, can not use the medical insurance card here.
2. Ultrasound shows proof of examination of fetal buds in the fetal heart rate
3. Handbook of Maternal and Child Health distributed by the community (pink booklet above)

Other materials such as psychological assessment forms can be consulted on specific hospital requirements.

Apply for a birth registration service form

After the filing is established, it is necessary to prepare materials for the subsequent process, and the most important paper document at this time is the "Beijing Maternity Registration Service Form", which is the previous birth permit if both parties are non-Beijing households

Application Location:

If both husband and wife or one of them has a Beijing household registration, they can choose to apply online or on-site. Non-Beijing households must go to the neighborhood committee or street site to handle it

Procedures for handling the "Beijing Maternity Registration Service Form"

First take the materials to the community or street to fill in the "Beijing Maternity Registration Information Collection Form", and then go to get the stamped "Beijing Maternity Registration Service Form" after 3 working days.

The process of handling the "Beijing Floating Population Birth Registration Service Form"

It is also to go to the community or street to fill in the "Beijing Floating Population Birth Registration Information Collection Form". After 15 working days, go to the community or street to collect the stamped "Beijing Floating Population Birth Registration Service Form"

My community first went to the neighborhood committee to fill in the information, then went to the street to deliver materials, and then went to the street to get the stamped document after 15 working days.

Required Documents:

One or both of the parties are Kyodo's:

Non-Kyodo:

5. Our community also needs to bring a real estate certificate or a rental contract (original) this is only to check whether the residence permit is consistent with the actual living situation, and does not have to be paid.

Apply for hospitalization materials

Hospitalization is only possible if the emergency department or outpatient confirms acceptance,

Required Documents:

1. See a doctor to open a reception slip before giving birth (usually go to the emergency obstetrician, provided they confirm that you have labor symptoms)
2. Maternal personal information registration form (this is given together when the receipt is issued, and the information is filled in in advance when going to the hospitalization)
3. "Beijing Municipal Birth Registration Service Form" or "Beijing Floating Population Birth Registration Service Form", remember to submit a copy here, the original needs the company to do birth reimbursement.

Materials to take away when discharged from the hospital

1. The mother's "Discharge Diagnosis Certificate" is used for follow-up reimbursement and maternity leave, if it is written on the difficult birth, the maternity leave is an additional 15 days
2. If there is a newborn with hospitalization and treatment costs, remember to find a doctor to prescribe a "diagnosis certificate" for the baby when discharging or handling the settlement of hospitalization expenses, which is used for medical insurance to manually reimburse this part of the baby's cost, without this diagnosis certificate only invoices and details, the Social Security Bureau does not report. 3. If the baby has already been named, he can apply for a "birth certificate" directly in the hospital, or he can apply for it online or follow up in the hospital. The birth certificate should not be delayed for too long, because subsequent household registration and medical insurance require a birth certificate.
4. "Beijing Municipal Vaccination Certificate", also called the vaccine book, because the newborn baby has to get the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine and BCG vaccine in the hospital, so the vaccine given to you by the hospital has these two injections recorded.
5. "Beijing Newborn Disease Screening Certificate", this small book was originally issued after the hospital did hearing screening and heel blood collection.

Newborn settlement materials

I am personally a non-Kyodo, so this part of the material only represents the requirements of our hometown. Specifically, you can consult the household registration section of the local police station by telephone

1. Original + copy of the ID card of both husband and wife
2. Original + copy of marriage certificate
3. The hukou book is required for the infant to settle in the party
4. Original birth certificate

6. Original + copy of the vaccine book needed for birth in other places (relative to the hometown) (must have the home page information)
7. Where both husband and wife have ethnic minorities, both spouses must be present to sign a nationality confirmation
8. At least one husband and wife must be present to handle the household formalities, and the elderly in the family cannot be substituted.

Process: Go directly to the household registration department to submit materials, when entering the information, you need to take pictures on the spot to keep a file, if there is no problem with the materials, print the child's personal page directly on the spot in your household registration book.

Medical insurance materials for newborns in Beijing

Location: Street or neighborhood committee

Required Documents:

1. Newborn Household Register Home Page and Personal Page Original + Copy x2
2. Copy x2 of birth certificate
3. A copy of the bank card for the newborn's personal account opening
4. 1 one-inch white background ID photo
5. Id photo electronic version: format requirements: jpg format, width of 358 pixels, height of 441 pixels, the file is not less than 9KB, not more than 20KB
6. Fill in the "Beijing Urban Residents Basic Medical Insurance Participation Payment Declaration Form" in duplicate
7. Non-Beijing households need to bring a work residence permit to move with them, which includes two materials: 1. Apply for the confirmation of the work residence permit after the relocation, which has brought the child's information. 2. Screenshot of the approval when handling the child's relocation must be screenshotted of the whole web page (including the approval information after personal information). If the ordinary way can not intercept the full picture (may have too much information a page can not stand) you can search for F12 screenshot methods or private messages on the Internet.

Processing process: Take the required materials to the street or neighborhood committee to register the application, generally get a temporary medical insurance card within 7-15 working days, and get an official medical insurance card within 45 days. Probably because of the epidemic, we have been delayed in getting the time.

Tips: Beijing requires that those who apply within 90 days can enjoy the medical insurance reimbursement of the current year, and those who apply after 90 days can only be processed in the next medical insurance year. I see that other places have requirements of 28 or 30 days, so it is necessary to confirm the time limit of local requirements in advance and prepare materials in advance.

Manual reimbursement materials for newborns for the first medicare

The medical expenses of newborns from birth can be reimbursed proportionally after medical insurance as long as they are covered by medical insurance, but they need to provide sufficient materials.

First of all, the cost of newborns is mainly generated in three stages:

1. Expenses from birth to getting a temporary health insurance card are paid out of pocket
2. From the cost between getting the temporary medical insurance card and the official medical insurance card, even if you need to pay all the expenses yourself, you must also use the temporary medical insurance card when settling
3. After getting the official medical insurance card, the incurred expenses will be settled directly at the hospital

Combined with the above three stages, the need to manually reimburse all Medicare-covered expenses in stages 1 and 2.

Reimbursement location: Street (district) social security office

Required documents for manual reimbursement:

1. The hospital's invoice, the cost can only be reimbursed within the scope of medical insurance, that is, the invoice shows "there is self-payment", "no self-payment", and the full self-payment cannot be reimbursed
2. The diagnosis form issued by the doctor at each visit is also the bottom line. These documents are the most likely to be lost, it is recommended to keep all documents for each visit, and the cost of the baby's birth and hospitalization can also be reimbursed here, but the hospital must issue a certificate of diagnosis for the baby. You cannot use the maternal diagnosis certificate, remember to remember.
3. Temporary medical insurance card, all expenses before the medical insurance card can only be manually reimbursed once, and this reimbursement needs to be handed over to the temporary medical insurance card
4. Copy of birth certificate

Reimbursement process: Bring these materials to the street (district) social security office to submit, and then after the social security office approves the approval, the reimbursement fee will be sent to the baby's own social security card associated bank account.

If the child is purchased with commercial insurance or the parents' supplementary medical insurance can reimburse the child's expenses, the social security institute needs to issue a reimbursement split sheet, and multiple copies can be issued, because the general parents are not working in a company, it is necessary for both parents to report 50% each. This part of the reimbursement process can be specifically consulted with the company's human resources department. This part of the general company's commercial insurance reimbursement can only reimburse the child's expenses after the full moon, so the cost of hospitalization at birth is not covered by this part of the reimbursement.

Finally, I would like to remind you that if you are a non-Beijing household and you plan to have children next, you must apply for a residence permit and a work residence permit in advance.

Work residence permit: the company needs to handle it on behalf of the company, and the cycle is long, if it is not handled early, it is likely to affect the child's subsequent medical insurance processing.

Residence permit: The importance of which can be seen from all the processes and materials above is required at almost every step, so if needed, it should be processed as soon as possible.
