In 2014, the Royal Family of Monaco selected the season on the Monaco Rose Trial, named after Princess Monaco, the wife of Prince Albert II, princess Charlene of Monaco, and in June 2014, at the reopening ceremony of the Princess Grace rose garden, the French Family officially dedicated it to Princess Charlene of Monaco.
