World War III, no one wants it to break out, but China has to prepare for the worst

Not long ago, British Foreign Secretary Tras said that Since the war between Russia and Ukraine, China has not clearly accused Russia of "invading" Ukraine, and the young female diplomat even threatened that if China continues to do so "not according to the rules", I am afraid it will be difficult to continue to become a big country.

World War III, no one wants it to break out, but China has to prepare for the worst

At a regular press conference held by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on April 28, a reporter asked about China's attitude, and spokesman Wang Wenbin's answer was very decisive: As early as the beginning of the conflict, China said that its national territorial sovereignty cannot be infringed upon, and its national security interests cannot be ignored. And China has always acted in accordance with the rules, but this rule can only be an international rule, not a NATO or American standard, and international rules should be a norm of international relations based on the purposes and principles of the UN Charter, which is the real criterion for measuring whether it is a big country. On the other hand, NATO has not only failed to become a boost to the relaxation of the regional situation, but has become the source of turmoil in Europe today, and it is constantly flaunting its might in the Asia-Pacific region. NATO has already messed up Europe, so is it still going to mess up the Asia-Pacific region, mess up the world, and eventually drag the world into a nuclear war?

NATO's lies

It is not difficult to see from China's speech that today's NATO has long been a strategic tool of the United States, and the United States not only intends to mess up Europe, but also intends to intervene in the Asia-Pacific region and eventually disrupt the world, while it itself takes advantage of the chaos to consolidate world hegemony.

As we all know, NATO, as a product of the Cold War, was originally a military organization that confronted the Warsaw Pact, and should have been dissolved after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991. At that time, what European countries wanted most was to quickly establish the institutions of the new democracies and to rapidly develop the economy rather than the military system.

But Americans don't see it that way. Ostensibly, americans said that in order to protect against non-traditional security threats, NATO needed to continue to exist, and then expressed a willingness to absorb and accommodate any European country, rather than against whom, in order to preserve NATO's external environment.

This flicker was so powerful that the pro-Western and pro-American Yeltsin government at the time obviously believed this set of arguments very much.

But the Yeltsin administration kept an eye on the foundation of mutual trust: he believed that NATO could not expand eastward and that Russia should be allowed to join NATO to prove the attitude of the United States. However, the United States did not directly agree to this, but proposed a substitute for the Peace Partnership Program.

The so-called Partnership for Peace program can be said to be to fool Russia: the Americans say that the Partnership for Peace program is equivalent to a preliminary list for joining NATO, although it is not equivalent to directly joining NATO, but it is almost the same. The Partnership for Peace program allowed countries that were not members of NATO to join at the time, and Russia not only joined it, but even participated in military exercises. The Yeltsin government was thus able to prove itself that the United States had accepted Russia and that NATO was no longer a threat to Russia.

However, this is only a trick of deception by the United States, and the real purpose of the United States is still to build the post-Cold War NATO into a tool to control Europe and eventually dismember Russia, but the time was not ripe. Sure enough, in less than a year, the true face of the United States was exposed, and the Partnership for Peace program was removed, replaced by the decades-long nato's crazy eastward expansion and the crazy threat to Russia.

Putin finally saw clearly that the US rhetoric was all false, from the initial intention to join NATO to the deception of the United States on many occasions. Russia realized that after the Cold War, nato's object of defense was itself, and it was impossible for Russia to join NATO. But putin still does not want direct conflict, so over the years on different occasions stressed that Russia's strategic security should be taken seriously, but in the end Russia has no way to legally prohibit NATO's eastward expansion.

After all the good words have been said, war has become a last resort, and the current Russian-Ukrainian conflict is taking place in this context. It can be said that nato was not dissolved at the beginning, which has laid the groundwork for today's conflict.

Threat of three wars

Russia and Ukraine fight, NATO handed knives, and Russia even directly issued a nuclear threat against this kind of behavior.

Not long ago, on April 26, the United States invited the defense ministers of 43 countries to discuss the coordination of military assistance to Ukraine at the base camp of the US Air Force base in western Germany. The purpose of this meeting is very clear, that is, to mobilize all the military industrial capabilities of the whole West, to provide weapons and equipment to Ukraine, and to promote a situation in which NATO weapons and Ukraine produce cannon fodder to jointly confront Russia.

U.S. Defense Secretary Austin did not shy away from saying that with the help of more than forty countries, he believed that Ukraine would be able to defeat Russia.

Thinking that at the end of March, when the peace talks between Russia and Ukraine seemed to be about to be reached, Zelenskiy suddenly and uncharacteristically decided to confront Russia to the end, which was fooled by the United States and NATO.

On the one hand, the United States used the media to build Zelenskiy into a tragic national hero who resisted Russian aggression on the whole network, and on the other hand, it promised to directly use NATO to supply weapons and let Ukraine continue the war, but in the end, the United States only hoped to turn Ukraine into a sharp knife to bleed Russia.

The United States is doing this in order to weaken Europe, control Europe, dismember Russia, eliminate Russia, and undoubtedly benefit greatly, and the longer the war drags on, the better it will be for the United States. Looking at this war, the worst losses were in Ukraine, followed by all of Europe, and finally Russia.

Ukraine suffered the most losses, on the one hand, because the direct losses of the war were already heavy enough, and on the other hand, Ukraine overdrawn the future in the war: almost all of the industrial base established by Ukraine in the Soviet era was almost destroyed in just two months, and reconstruction was easy.

There are still many people who naively think that Europe will help Ukraine rebuild its industry, but if you look at Greece at that time, no one will help you, let alone Ukraine, which has never joined the European system at all. Today's Europe is just a family's life, no one has spare money, the battered Ukraine is worthless to Europe, and there is no need for Europe to build.

And the whole of Europe is not good: the loss of Cheap Energy from Russia, the soaring cost of industrial production in Europe, the closure of many factories, and the impact of the new crown epidemic, the whole of Europe has long been weakened, Europe has fallen into its own infighting, once again ruthlessly weakened, becoming more and more obedient to the United States, even Sweden, which has insisted on a policy of neutrality for more than 200 years, and Finland, which declared permanent neutrality after World War II, have submitted applications to join NATO. It indicates that the whole of Europe is about to be under the full control of the United States.

Russia, on the other hand, has been sanctioned globally and suffered losses on the battlefield, and an economic downturn is inevitable.

In a war, the United States was able to control Europe deeply, and the European Union has since lost the possibility of becoming an independent will, and has died in name only. However, Russia obviously will not be tied up, for Russia, this battle is a life and death situation, so it will not hesitate to use nuclear weapons. For the United States, this war may change the fate of Europe from then on, so neither side will easily accept defeat, and the risk of nuclear war is indeed there.

China should prepare for the worst

For the possible outbreak of nuclear war, China has been difficult to stay out of the matter, for the current world pattern may be bad, China is not without concerns, but more importantly should be prepared in advance. Although Russia will not use nuclear weapons easily, in the face of an absolute existential threat, the danger of nuclear war outbreak is not ruled out, and China should naturally prepare for the worst.

On April 26, China's Foreign Ministry made it clear that no one wants to see the outbreak of World War III, and wants all parties to exercise restraint and analyze the root causes of the current situation. As early as the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the Chinese Foreign Ministry clearly expressed two points: First, national territorial sovereignty cannot be violated, and second, relevant national security interests cannot be ignored. A short sentence shows that China does not agree with the use of force as a means to solve the problem, and on the other hand, it also believes that Russia's national security should not be threatened.

China's attitude is not a matter of peace and mud, but we have a deep understanding of the positions of both sides: on the one hand, we ourselves have long faced the issue of territorial and sovereignty and need to be resolved urgently, on the other hand, China has always faced a situation in which national security strategic security is threatened.

World War III, no one wants it to break out, but China has to prepare for the worst

It is foreseeable that after the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, the world has accelerated into a strange diode world: the pro-American, U.S.-controlled, and completely subjugated to the United States will become a camp; and the country that maintains its will, is willing to follow its own path, has its own ideas and actions, will become another camp, and the latter must be a minority.

As China, there are still many experiences and lessons that can be learned this time, referring to the scene when the conflict first broke out, the United States can lead the West to frantically sanction Russia, and it is difficult to say whether the United States has prepared a sanctions plan for a long time. China should accelerate its ability to localize various technologies, get rid of its technological dependence on the Western world in a timely manner, step up the improvement of its own technological reserves, and prepare for possible comprehensive sanctions.

On the other hand, once Russia is crushed or severely weakened, NATO will not disappear directly, and it is likely to directly seek the next strategic goal, or even directly intervene in Asia-Pacific affairs, after all, this has precedent rather than speculation.

World War III, no one wants it to break out, but China has to prepare for the worst

For example, in 2021, Japan, the United States, France and Australia will hold joint military exercises in the East China Sea, and France also expressed its hope to continue to strengthen strategic cooperation with Japan. At that time, Defense Minister Shoigu said at the Defense Department meeting that the United States and NATO had already privately formulated a plan aimed at controlling the Asia-Pacific region, but it had not been implemented for a long time, and I am afraid that there was only one Russia in Europe that had not been solved.

So from any point of view, given the large-scale sanctions that China may face in the future, the nuclear war that may erupt in Europe, or the possibility that NATO may be more broadly involved in Indo-Pacific affairs, China should be prepared for the worst.
